The textile industry's "waste polyester high efficiency regeneration and fiber preparation industrialization integration technology" and "high performance special braiding technology and equipment and industrialization" have won two awards for scientific and technological progress two.

Solving the problem of eating raw materials

Experts believe that the most important significance of this project to the industry is the successful construction of a technical system for the industrial integration of waste polyester and efficient fiber preparation.

Popularly speaking, the technology of controlling the quality and stability of the products has been greatly improved for the regenerative spinning of waste polyester products from different sources.

The annual output of polyester in China is 40 million tons, fiber and beverage bottles account for more than 90%, the total reserves of waste products exceed 1 million tons, but the capacity of regenerated spinning is only 10 million tons, and the regeneration rate is less than 10%.

Not only the waste of resources is great, but also the environmental burden is heavy. The recycling of waste polyester is also the key area of the development of international textile circular economy.

The recycling of international waste polyester mainly depends on resource recovery and pollution problems, with emphasis on sorting and cleaning technology and old clothes recycling system.

The technology of depolymerization, purification and repolymerization developed by the United States and Japan has complex technology, high energy consumption, high cost and more waste.

In China, the technology of physical melt regenerated spinning is mainly used, and bottle flake reuse is the main method.

Due to the limitations of processing technology, the production of waste polyester regenerated fibers has always been faced with the problem of "looking at raw materials for eating", not only for raw materials, but also for the products produced.

To solve these problems, Ningbo Dafa Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., Donghua University, Haiyan Haili environmental protection Fiber Co., Ltd., Polytron Technologies Inc, China Textile Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Zhongyuan University of Technology jointly launched the R & D road to achieve efficient recycling and high value utilization of waste polyester textiles in China.

According to Wang Huaping, vice president of the Research Institute of Donghua University, who is one of the main projects completed, after years of unremitting efforts, the technology of "efficient recycling of waste polyester and industrial integration of fiber production" has solved the efficient pre-treatment technology of waste polyester textiles and bottles. A new technology of waste polyester conditioning and viscosity regeneration technology has been established to overcome the problems of regenerated spinning stability and quality control of waste polyester products from different sources.

Wang Huaping said, "waste polyester efficient regeneration and fiber preparation industrialization integration technology" combines two processing methods of physics and chemistry, making raw materials not only limited to polyester bottles, but also waste polyester textiles. However, the price of products produced by this technology is only about 300 yuan higher than the price of the products produced by physical technology at a price of only about $300 per ton.

Li Deli, Secretary General of the recycling and reuse chemical fiber branch of China Chemical Fiber Industry Association, said: "the integrated technology of waste polyester high efficiency regeneration and fiber preparation industrialization" not only has innovation in raw material processing and production stability, but also has characteristics in the development of products. The raw liquor coloring fiber and low melting point / regenerated polyester core / core composite fiber have been applied in many well-known brands.

It is understood that at present, the project has built the world's largest production base of regenerated polyester fiber, of which 300 thousand tons of waste fiber regenerated staple fiber, 150 thousand tons of bottle and regenerated filament processing, 75 thousand tons / year of low melting point / recycled polyester composite short fiber, and more than 20 varieties of recycled polyester staple and filament are added to the new coloured function. The products are used in major projects and famous brands such as Sanjiang source, South to North Water Transfer, Adidas, general motors and so on.

In the past 3 years, the unit has achieved sales of 7 billion 990 million yuan, 343 million yuan in profits, 148 million yuan in taxes, and 261 million US dollars in foreign exchange earnings, which has created remarkable economic, social and environmental benefits.

Small profits rope change "patent" rope

Another two prize item of the textile and technology industry, "high performance special braiding technology and equipment and industrialization", was jointly completed by Donghua University, Xuzhou Heng Hui Knitting Machinery Co., Ltd., Lu Pu Ning Group Co., Ltd. and Qingdao hailya Group Limited company.

Donghua University and Asia's largest knitting machinery company Xuzhou Heng Hui Knitting Machinery Co., Ltd., after 7 years of research and research, with the support of the Ministry of education, the National Natural Science Commission and the China Textile Industry Federation, we have developed the international "high performance special weaving technology and series equipment".

The products of rope, pipe, belt and marine camouflage, which are woven by high-performance textile materials with special braiding technology and equipment, have three dimensional non orthogonal structure and the best mechanical performance. They are the major demands of cutting-edge national defense and important livelihood areas.

According to Zhang Xuming, chairman of Qingdao hailya group, one of the completion of the project, through scientific and technological innovation, we will extend the small profit rope products to a higher, deeper and more sophisticated field, and develop and produce high value-added products such as marine special rope, military special rope, industrial safety rope and so on.

Among them, China Ocean Research Ship "Ocean 1", manned submersible "dragon", Antarctic research ship "Snow Dragon", marine comprehensive research ship "science" and other directional research and development of marine special rope, as well as training and rescue rope for China Earthquake Emergency Search and rescue center, to achieve international advanced level, instead of imported products, fundamentally solve the problem that such products can only rely on imports from developed countries.

The company's special ropes are listed in the national science and technology innovation fund project, and create the four first of the Chinese cable industry, that is, the depth of China (the cable can be applied to the depth of Yu Hai under 8000 meters), the strength of China (the strength of the ropes is 2~5 times the same diameter of the cable), the temperature of China (the cable is not decomposed and not melted under the environment of 196 degrees Celsius below zero and 560 degrees Celsius), and the accuracy of China (the sliding degree of the cable sheath and the inner core is zero).

It is understood that the "high performance special braiding technology and equipment and industrialization" project product series equipment has been large-scale production, exported to more than 60 countries and regions, in the past 3 years, the direct economic benefit is 670 million 700 thousand yuan.

The project product is the mainstream equipment of 10 enterprises in China, and the indirect economic benefit in the past 3 years is 1 billion 61 million 200 thousand yuan.
