After the meeting, the reporter interviewed him.

In his speech, he pointed out that "Internet +" is reshaping traditional industries in the era of rapid changes in the business environment and the trend of times.

At the same time, the fourth wave of technological revolution in the global manufacturing industry (Germany industrial 4, China made 2025, the national strategic plan for advanced manufacturing in the United States) and the upgrading of consumption all have a profound impact on the textile and garment industry.

With the popularity of Internet, e-commerce and mobile social networking, the demand structure of fashion industry has changed greatly. From the past fashion products that are generally resonant, to the pursuit of diversification and personalized fashion, faster, more updated and personalized clothes are needed.

In response to changes in consumer behavior, garment manufacturers need to enrich their product mix and provide a wide range of product lines, and speed up delivery at a time when quality and price are taken into account.

The change of consumption demand is also accelerating the fashion cycle, and every fashionable product is becoming more and more popular in the market.

At present, some fast fashion brands have been able to update store product waves once every two weeks.

This puts forward higher requirements for the responsiveness of the entire supply chain. Suppliers need to accelerate delivery time and improve the ability to turn over the bill.

Another trend that needs to be focused on is the rise in production costs.

With the disappearance of demographic dividend, China's labor costs have risen rapidly, and the cost of manufacturing in China has been close to that in the United States, approaching France and Italy.

Global clothing processing orders are shifting to countries with low labour costs, such as Southeast Asia, which do not yet have the capability to fully undertake capacity pfer in the medium term.

Therefore, in addition to choosing to go out, clothing manufacturers can also seek intelligent processes and tools to improve production efficiency, thereby reducing costs and enhancing competitiveness.

In addition, with the new trend of the global free trade agreement,

Textile and clothing

The development trend of the supply chain is also changing.

Fashion companies and garment manufacturers need to rethink how to participate more effectively in global value chain collaboration.

To sum up, the development of fashion industry is becoming more and more complicated. At present, fast fashion is still very popular, but the demand for personalized customization is increasing. The coexistence of fast fashion and personalization force the big companies to pform from traditional mode to a newer and more modern business mode.

In view of the complexity of apparel supply chain and the variability of terminals, garment brands and processors need to establish a quick response mechanism to create a more agile and flexible supply chain, and digitalization and standardization are important means to integrate supply chain and realize the excellent operation of supply chain.

Wang Guanghui believes that cloud computing, Internet of things, data driven intelligence, mobility, 3D technology, good user experience and other six areas are to enhance the entire supply chain communication and collaboration capabilities, and create the key to flexible supply chain.

When it comes to mobility, Wang Guanghui said that Rick is committed to integrating mobile technology into his solution, so that all relevant users (designers, developers, commodity planner, management) can see the content and data needed anytime and anywhere, and can also check the development progress and technical details of a specific product through mobile terminals, and support real-time approval decisions.

If a fashion designer accidentally sees a good idea, he can take pictures with his cell phone and upload it to the Rick system. After he reprocessed the captured elements, he will store them in the database, which will become the design elements that the company can use in the future.

On the Internet of things, Rick has accumulated nearly 10 years of experience, and as early as 2002, he remotely connected his cutting equipment to the Rick service center.

In 2007, Rick has embedded more than 100 sensors into its tailoring equipment (Vector class series of tailored beds), providing real-time monitoring, remote diagnosis and predictive services through intelligent devices connected to call centers to ensure normal runtime, performance, quality and other key performance indicators.

In 2012, Rick upgraded the equipment based service to the large data collected, providing tailoring consulting services to optimize the efficiency of the whole cutting room and helping enterprises achieve excellent operation.

In order to improve and enhance user experience, Rick also built a dedicated team at headquarters R & D center to track customers.

The application effect of Rick 3D Technology

In terms of 3D technology, Rick has also made remarkable achievements.

According to Wang Guanghui, Rick has integrated 3D technology into Lectra Fashion PLM (lifecycle product life cycle management solution).

The 3D technology can realize real-time pformation and display of 2-D version to 3D rendering. Any modification on 3D rendering will automatically synchronize to the 2D version, which can avoid manual errors and maintain product consistency.

Combined with the virtual 3D prototyping technology, this helps in more intuitive style audits, including fitness and fabric drooping.

It can reduce the development time of up to 50% and reduce the cost of intermediate prototype production.

This means that more styles can be developed in less time with less investment.

It is also important to make fit in one step, which can avoid the difficulty of reducing sales price.

Rick has a deep understanding of the best practices of fashion enterprises from planning, design, printing to production, and has more than 70% market share in the high-end fashion industry in Europe and the United States. Burbery, Hermes, Zannier, H&M and other international well-known brands, as well as CHENFENG, Ruyi, Taiping bird, Li Ying Fang, Jordan and other domestic garment enterprises are their partners.

Wang Guanghui stressed that today's Rick is not just a technology company, but also committed to making use of its 40 years of professional experience and best practices accumulated in the fashion industry. Combined with advanced methodologies (such as lean management and change management), it has become a long-term partner of domestic fashion enterprises, providing customers with consulting services from business mode pformation (such as OEM-ODM, MTM tailor made), continuous improvement of business processes (lean product development, lean cutting room), and through the advanced technology solutions and tools to place international best practices in customer enterprises.

Vision and functional modules of Rick cloud computing platform

Speaking of the future trend of Rick, Wang Guanghui said that Rick will integrate all the technology and all product functional modules into a cloud computing platform, which will include the whole process of product planning, design and development, 3D simulation proofing, cloth cutting planning and tailoring production, which will provide a better and more flexible collaboration platform for enterprises and even their value chain partners.
