Li Chunhong said that the Sino German industrial service area is mainly China's cooperation with the German Fraunhof Association, introducing new technology and new productive services in Germany to guide the whole Foshan.

While accelerating the pformation and upgrading of the Pearl River Delta region, it is also crucial to promote balanced regional development.

Compared with Jiangsu and Zhejiang, the imbalance of regional economic development in Guangdong is quite obvious. There is a huge gap between the Pearl River Delta region and the East and west regions.

According to the Research Report on the financial ecology of Guangdong County released in 2011 on the 28 day of the Guangdong County Economic Research and Development Promotion Association, Guangdong county economic development gap is large, county financial institutions are few, the assets scale is small, the county economic foundation is weak, and the outflow of funds is more serious.

Peng Peng said that the regional economic disparity is also a feature of the middle-income trap. Therefore, while Guangdong is optimizing and upgrading the Pearl River Delta, it is also very important to speed up the economic development of the East and west regions.

He believes that urbanization is a major driving force for the development of Guangdong in the future. The process of urbanization is the process of making peasants rich and prosperous. In this regard, Guangdong should take the lead. The key lies in speeding up the economic development of the East and west regions, promoting the urbanization in the East and the west, instead of going to the big cities of the Pearl River Delta.
