Anna & Eden children's wear is from South Korea. It has attracted much attention since it entered the Chinese market. The reporter interviewed all the friends concerned about Anna and Eden to interview park manager.

When will the brand enter the Chinese market?


Park Manager: in fact, we began to engage in clothing trade in China around 2002. At that time, it was mainly located in women's clothing.

Probably in 2006, we saw the development opportunity of China's children's wear market. It is expected that the children's wear market will explode in the future. Under such a big background, we started to set up a children's wear department, which just catered to the prevailing trend of the Korean version of women's wear.

From 06 years to 07 years, Anna & Eden has gone through 5 years of development.


Reporter: it is understood that at the very beginning, we had a children's clothing brand called "Princess Anna". Later, what was the reason for the brand name "Anna & Eden"?


Park Manager: at that time, the company had made two brands, one was the women's clothing brand "Princess Anna", another was the men's clothing brand "fish in the jungle".

For the children's clothing industry, the mainstream children's clothing on the market also includes boys and girls. Considering the sustainable development of the brand, we integrate these two independent women's clothing and men's wear brands. The children's clothing brand is named "Anna & Eden", which also covers boys and girls, and the products are rich in structure.


Reporter: what is the current development of "Anna & Eden" in the Chinese market?


Park Manager: we mainly use the way of combination of agents and franchisees: we have set up provincial agents in different provinces, who are responsible for the promotion, operation and after-sales service of their brands in their respective regions.

At present, our sales network basically covers 21 provinces in the whole country. Besides most of the northwest provinces of Tibet, Xinjiang, Gansu, Ningxia and Shaanxi, most other provinces are covered, especially in most parts of the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, North China, North China and central China.


Reporter: in June 9th, Anna Eden held a winter new product ordering meeting. What is the theme of this order meeting?


Park Manager: 2012 winter series new products mainly have 3 themes: one is about the theme of Christmas; two is about the theme of Chinese traditional new year, and the other is the theme of early spring.


Our current orders will be mainly carried out in the sub region, such as Beijing, Shenyang, Wuhan, Tongzhou, Wenzhou, Fuzhou, Anhui, Guangdong, Kunming, Chengdu, and Chengdu.


Reporter: in fact, many brands will have preferential policies for joining partners. What do you think is the key to attracting Anna and Eden children's clothing?


Park Manager: We conclude that the core strengths of the Anna & Eden brand are two points:

We have design teams in South Korea, who can capture the latest elements that represent the trend of Korean fashion. After the cooperation between the Chinese design team and the Korean design team, the products are more consistent with the Chinese market and Chinese children on the basis of Korean style.

Cost performance

We have measured the quality, style, price gradient of the product, and the discount interval to the franchisee.

Considering all these considerations, we guarantee the quality products and give more profits to distributors so that they have more space to operate the local market, so our cost performance is very high.


This is our core advantage in choosing Anna's children's clothes.


Reporter: in the next 35 years or more, what will be the development plan of Anna & Eden children's wear brand?


Park Manager: in the short term, we plan to spread the national sales network in a more detailed and extensive way. We should try our best to further strengthen the brand on the basis of the existing advantage areas, and go further into the three line and four line cities, which is a medium and short term plan.


In the long run, we may introduce new brands through brand integration to further enrich our brand positioning.

In view of different market consumption demand, we will have low-end, middle end, high-end brand at different levels to meet the needs of consumers at different levels.
