This year, Tao Xinkang's main focus is on the forest land development plan.

Why don't others do such a good business?

Tao Xinkang said that few people have such strong financial strength because they only invest in 7 years.

But according to him, wealthy businessmen in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore have also planted trees in the mainland.

The government is usually very supportive of this because afforestation has played an objective role in environmental protection.

Shanghai has also introduced a new policy this year, which subsidize 300 yuan per mu for land planted annually.

Because of fierce competition, the profits of the board are getting lower and lower. It turns out that there are 300 yuan per cubic meter, only 100 yuan now.

But Tao Xinkang confidently said that the situation will be different after July 2002, because many countries are unable to survive because the State enforces environmental protection products, plus tax checks.

The new high tide group has already adopted the European standard since January 2002, and the product has won the title of "green".

Tao Xinkang's slogan is "rather let profits fail to make the market tide."

Tao said that the "new Vietnam" under the new upsurge is in the guidance period of listing, which was originally packaged and listed by the Southern Securities Company. But recently, the Southern Securities were punished by the SFC, and the new listing was also dragged down.

Tao Xinkang admitted that he didn't pay much attention to the listing because he had to spend a lot of energy and actually couldn't get much money.

But the company can be listed to facilitate cooperation negotiations, so they have to act, but he thought the listing of the entire company is not worth it, because "to pay a lot of money."

There are 20 members in the board of directors of the new high tide. They are basically not Dow family. Tao Xinkang's brother has recently withdrawn from the new climax and opened another business.

Tao Xinkang's wife and children are all in Canada, so he almost takes factory as his home, and regards his career as a lover in love.

Tao Xinkang thinks his success comes from the following aspects: professional, only do wood industry, not blind expansion; interest in the cause, interest in things can be done well; growth with control, profit from investment in new projects, not large scale loans; carelessness, because it is easy to run an enterprise, and operation is very difficult; words and words, sincere to others, "my responsibility is to operate the company, if failure is my responsibility; if successful is everyone's credit"; pay attention to sales, let profits do not let the city often ensure the interests of dealers, meet with them every month.

Although Tao Xinkang is not a party member, the new climax is Shanghai's first private enterprise to set up a party committee, with its own newspapers, TV stations and Xin Lian Xin Art Troupe.

Tao Xinkang hoped that the Party committee could unite more than 20 thousand employees of the group.

In 2001, the total assets of the new high tide were 3 billion 200 million yuan and the net assets were 2 billion 400 million yuan.
