Over the past three years, Comrade Zhan Binghong has actively participated in the work of the Association, offered suggestions and made contributions to the development of the Association. Due to the internal division of labor adjustment of the leading group of Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology, Zhan Binghong will no longer serve as the vice chairman of the ninth council of the Association upon my proposal and the consent of the hospital. The candidate for director shall be elected by the secretariat of the Association, taking full account of the universality and representativeness of the candidates, according to the democratic recommendation of each professional (work) committee, and generally composed of the executive members of each committee, representatives of the chairman, representatives of unit members, representatives of expert members and representatives of full-time staff. The directors shall be elected by the Council in equal numbers by secret ballot.
