Liu Jiaqiang said in his speech that the China Wool Textile Industry Association, entrusted by the Consumer Goods Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, has continued to carry out research on the development of Tibet's wool textile industry in recent years. In close contact with relevant departments of local governments at all levels in the Tibet Autonomous Region, we have successfully carried out a series of work in strengthening the interaction between the mainland and enterprises in the region, professional technical consultation, docking of raw material supply and demand, brand and ethnic cultural exchanges, etc. This year and the next two years are the key and final years for the successful completion of various construction tasks during the "14th Five Year Plan" period, and also the year of connecting the past and the future with a good industry development trend towards the "15th Five Year Plan". Scientific planning of the woolen textile industry during the "Tenth Five Year Plan" is the key work of the Association for a period of time in the future. Liu Ke introduced in his speech that the China Fiber Quality Monitoring Center, a bureau level institution directly under the State Market Supervision and Administration Administration, is committed to building a scientific and fair fiber quality monitoring system, and is responsible for organizing and implementing the quality notarization and inspection of cotton, wool, cashmere, cocoon silk, hemp and other fibers. It has always taken keeping the bottom line of fiber product quality and safety, maintaining a standardized and orderly fiber market order, driving the high-quality development of the fiber industry, and enhancing the competitive advantage of Chinese fiber products in the global market as its central mission. In 2023, China Fiber Center and China Wool Association will investigate the characteristic wool textile raw materials in Tibet, Qinghai, Gansu, Sichuan, Yunnan and other major yak hair producing areas, monitor key quality indicators, and comprehensively grasp the distribution and quality level of China's yak hair resources. In the next work, the Center will closely communicate with relevant government departments to coordinate the inclusion of yak hair in the national notary inspection system, and provide policy support and financial guarantee for quality inspection of yak hair products from the national level. Through the implementation of national notarial inspection on the quality of yak hair fiber, the standardization and normalization level of products will be further effectively improved, and the market competitiveness and brand influence will be enhanced.
