Printing And Dyeing

"Enterprises should formulate plans for shutdown and demolition, and employ qualified third parties to dispose of sewage pools, hazardous chemicals (hazardous wastes) and natural gas pipelines." In May this year, at the production safety prevention work meeting attended by the main responsible persons of 43 dyeing and electroplating enterprises in Yuecheng District, Yuecheng Emergency Management Bureau invited experts to give lectures to warn and educate enterprises with accident cases, and called on enterprises to learn experience, grasp safety and further deepen the sense of main responsibility.

2021 is the key period for the upgrading and relocation of dyeing and electroplating enterprises in Yuecheng district. Yuecheng District insists on strengthening service guidance, strengthening inspection and inspection, and strict law enforcement inspection to ensure the safe relocation of enterprises.

It is understood that in today's Yuecheng District, many printing and dyeing enterprises are "group" on a road of transformation and upgrading.

As early as November 2018, Shaoxing Municipal Party committee and municipal government issued the implementation plan for upgrading the printing, dyeing, chemical and electroplating industry in Shaoxing City. According to the plan, after three years of efforts, Yuecheng district will basically complete the clustering and upgrading of chemical enterprises. Among them, Yuecheng chemical enterprises with poor comprehensive evaluation on per mu benefit, production safety and ecological environment will be shut down. At the same time, enterprises are also encouraged to merge and restructure with chemical enterprises in Shangyu district and promote development. In addition, chemical enterprises with certain conditions are also encouraged to implement transformation and development.

At present, 47 printing and dyeing enterprises in the whole region have explored an exclusive way of "moving" by means of integration and agglomeration, relocation and withdrawal, merger and reorganization, and transformation and development. It is expected that by the end of 2021, Yuecheng district will basically complete the agglomeration and withdrawal of printing and dyeing enterprises in Paojiang region.

For the printing and dyeing enterprises in Yuecheng District, this "moving" and "upgrading" means more opportunities and challenges. However, many enterprises are not afraid of difficulties and actively plan, and many printing and dyeing enterprises have already planned the layout in advance and initially completed the transformation and upgrading.

Shaoxing Baofeng textile and Garment Co., Ltd., located in Paojiang Industrial Zone, made a difficult decision after receiving the news that printing and dyeing enterprises moved out of Yuecheng District: to quit printing and dyeing business. The company will demolish the sewage pool at the first time, and submit the integrated demolition plan to relevant departments after the completion of soil testing on site. In the future, the vacated land will be used for greening.

Baofeng textile main textile clothing, denim, blow molding products, including dyeing denim accounted for 20% of the company's profits. The traditional advantages of printing and dyeing industry gradually fade with large input and less output, and actively seek a good opportunity for nirvana and rebirth. Baofeng textile adheres to the determination of breaking down a strong man and building up after breaking down. It quickly adjusts its business focus, focusing on the production and sales of plastic products and clothing export, and successfully takes a key step in transformation and upgrading.

Xu shaozong, general manager of Shaoxing Baofeng textile and Garment Co., Ltd., said: "with the increasing demand for environmental protection, the investment in machinery and equipment is particularly large, and the profits of jeans are relatively small. Therefore, the board of directors of our company finally decided to withdraw from the printing and dyeing industry and expand the output of the company's original plastic, garment and knitting factories, Make our company's profit increase as much as possible

Thomas (Shaoxing) textile and dyeing Clothing Co., Ltd., also located in Paojiang Industrial Zone, stopped dyeing production as early as January 2020. The company originally focused on weaving, dyeing, clothing one-stop production mode, in the same factory, fabric circulation is very convenient, quality can also be controlled. Now, in response to the call of the government, the company moved the fabric production to Xinjiang, which greatly increased the transportation cost and time cost.

In order to solve the current difficulties, the enterprises, with the help of the government, try to find another way out and transform into a company dominated by high-end manufacturing industry. At the same time, it strengthens the diversification of customers and promotes sales.

Zou Yanli, assistant general manager of Toms (Shaoxing) weaving and dyeing Clothing Co., Ltd., said that the company's original customer group was relatively single, basically only Japanese customers. The company considers to develop diversified customers, expand domestic orders and demands, and strive for more orders matching with production. At present, the workshop is producing Egyptian customers with large orders.

The reporter learned from the District Economic and information bureau that among the 47 printing and dyeing enterprises involved in the reform in this round of Yuecheng District, 34 enterprises will be integrated into 5 printing and dyeing groups, which will be settled in Keqiao. At present, the construction of all the five printing and dyeing groups has been started. It is planned to complete the project construction and realize the shutdown and exit of the original factory area by the end of this year. After the promotion of cross regional agglomeration, it is estimated that nearly 4000 mu of land for printing and dyeing enterprises can be released, and the daily sewage discharge will be reduced by 126000 tons, which will effectively promote the further development of traditional printing and dyeing industry in the whole region.
