According to the memorandum, Huatong cloud data and Ali will be implemented nationwide in the IDC data center room project. According to the location of Alibaba, Huatong cloud data is planned, designed, invested, built and responsible for providing data center operation and hosting services according to the requirements of customized data center technology and operation service guarantee.

In addition, the two sides will cooperate in the construction of ZH12 data center. Alibaba will give the Huatong cloud data center construction quantity in batches, initially awarded 1 modules, and follow up according to the actual performance situation, get the subsequent share and accumulate 3 modules.

In terms of cooperation mode, Huatong cloud data and Alibaba jointly build data center projects. Huatong cloud data will set up item company, which is responsible for the whole process management of IDC project construction and operation, and investment and construction of mechanical and electrical equipment for project operation.

Zhejiang big net new side said that this cooperation memorandum involves IDC data center room project cooperation needs further negotiations between the two sides, the two sides have not yet carried out specific cooperation, and the IDC data center room project construction period is longer, is not expected to have a significant impact on the company's performance in 2019. After the completion of the IDC data center computer room project and the signing of the data center service agreement, the company will increase its annual business income within the term of the agreement service.

According to media understanding, in addition to Huatong cloud data, Ali also signed a cooperation memorandum with ZH13 on five cloud computing data center base park projects this year. The data port said that the signing of the memorandum indicates that the data center service fees from the data port and Alibaba account for more than 8 billion yuan, and the final protection is obtained from the legal level.
