British brand assessment agency Brand Finance released the list of the 2018 most valuable 50 apparel brands in the world. The top ranked brand was Nike, which lost its market in North America in recent days. Its brand value dropped 12% to 28 billion dollars compared with the previous year. Fast fashion brands H&M and Zara still ranked second, third, but H&M brand value dropped 1%, while Zara brand value increased by 21%.

This year, a total of two Chinese brands were listed in the thirteenth place, Zhou Dafu and twenty-eighth Anta.

At the same time, the ten fastest growing brands were +49%, Puma (+47%), Cartire (+45%), Adidas (+41%), Ferragamo (+37%), Hermes (+36%), Bvlgari (+35%), Cox (+35%), Dior (+ 32%) and Anta (+29%).

The ten biggest brands with the most decline in brand value are Andemar (-36%), Mike (-26%), UNIQLO (-16%), North (-14%), Cape (-14%), Skech (-12%), Hugo (-12%), Nike (-12%), Ralph Lauren (-11%) and Rolex (-9%).
