The Longest Fashion Show In The World Has A Total Of 1440 Fashion Models.
24 hours, a set of clothes per minute, a total of 1440.
Fashion modeling
This fashion show, the longest fashion show in the world, began in 2011 and will be held at the South Beach of Miami every year at the end of November.
Another reason for this show's attention is that all garments are made of cotton, and from day to night, from beach wear to casual wear, from professional wear to evening dress, overturn the public's inherent impression of cotton clothing.
"In the United States, we promote the environmentally friendly cotton lifestyle through a variety of popular ways. The Cotton 24 Hours Runway Show is a successful marketing case in recent years. The new fashion show shows the unlimited fashion and high quality of cotton fashion with massive visual impact. It is generally considered that cotton is only a T-shirt, pajamas, home and something like that. Actually, cotton can also be made into very beautiful clothes or even a high gown dress." Runway "
This is also the message that we want to focus on delivering to Chinese consumers in 2015.
Mr. Rick, senior vice president of Cotton Corp, said Richmond S. Hendee.
In China, people who are keen on cotton life will not know a non-profit project called "Mian, you can imagine". It is sponsored by the US Cotton Corp and the international cotton association of America.
Han Ruike admitted that the current budget in China is limited and can not be held like "cotton 24 hours".
Fashion Show
"Such a large-scale activity, but also through various tricks to capture the eyes of Chinese consumers, and its promotion mode in China at the same time comply with the development path of Chinese media.

In 2009, Duolun Museum of art in Shanghai and Sanlitun in Beijing began to make "wonderful cotton exhibitions"; in 2010, Guangzhou's Xinguang city square, a "city cotton field", brought the public closer to the source of the material. In recent two years, the "cotton swimming China" launched a boom in micro-blog, which was popular in China's social media. Last year, the hits of 3 series of micro films starring Tang Yan and Sun Yizhou, who were looking for cotton and looking for real self, had a wide impact.
The US Cotton Corp and the international cotton association of the United States conduct a survey in China every two years, covering Chinese consumers' consumption behavior, attitudes and the various aspects of their purchase. The respondents were men and women between 15 and 54 years of age.
It is predicted that China will become the world's largest apparel consumer market by 2020. At present, China's total clothing consumption has exceeded 200 billion dollars, and it is expected to grow by 74% by 2020.
The survey found that Chinese consumers' demand for clothing quality is increasing, which is consistent with the findings of the global survey. 92% of Chinese consumers said that the most important factor when choosing clothes was quality, 83% of consumers expected new clothes to be more durable, and 91% of respondents said they would pay higher prices for better quality clothing.
"Our research covers ten countries, including the United States, China, India and Thailand, and the changes and trends of Chinese consumers' attitude towards cotton and cotton products and consumer behavior show us market opportunities."
"They are very much in favor of natural fiber fabrics, and for cotton and cotton," Rick said.
cotton
Quality products have relatively high cognition and love, but may not realize that it is a high quality material.
Last year, we made a topic of Cotton wedding dresses in China, hoping to let you know that cotton can actually make all kinds of fancy clothes, including (unexpected) wedding dresses, and make them very beautiful.
Data show that in 2013, 77% of Chinese consumers thought that the better quality clothing was made of natural fibers, which is obviously higher than that of 2008, 69%, also higher than that of 73% in 2009, 75% in 2010 and 2011. In addition, 79% of Chinese consumers believe that cotton clothing is often of better quality than synthetic fiber and dimensional fabrics.
"At the same time, according to our latest survey report, Chinese consumers generally feel that clothing consumption has increased year by year, but the quality of clothing has been decreasing year by year. It is embodied as follows: 69% of consumers believe that clothing prices are rising, 56% of consumers are aware of the disappearance of cotton fiber components, and 48% of consumers think that the clothes they buy now do not wear well before, and 44% of consumers think that the fabric is getting thinner and thinner.
Besides clothing, consumers are extremely sensitive to the quality of home textiles and are willing to invest heavily in it.
"Safety and quality are two important factors for consumers to buy home textiles and baby care products."
Among them, 83% said fiber composition is the most important factor affecting the purchase of home textile products. Most Chinese consumers love home textile products made of cotton and cotton, (bath towels account for 96% and sheets 95%). Over 60% of consumers are dissatisfied with the replacement of cotton fibers in home textiles, and about 70% of consumers are willing to pay higher prices for maintaining cotton content in home textiles.
As an advocate of a non-profit project, Han Rick encourages consumers to check labels when they buy clothes and check whether they contain cotton or knowledge of washing.
"In addition, in order to be healthier and more environmentally friendly, it is necessary for us to remind producers in the industry to let them know that consumers have begun to notice that the pure cotton ingredients in clothing are replaced by man-made fibers. If this continues, consumers may not choose this brand. The study tells us that if more than half of consumers will disapprove of cotton ingredients in their favorite clothes, more people will be willing to pay more for high-quality clothing.
Of course, with the development of technology, many new materials, such as artificial fibers and high imitation cotton, have been born. This also urges us to constantly cooperate with research universities or technicians to develop technologies to help improve cotton and provide better quality cotton.
