Green Fiber Development Forum To Pass The Green Development Trend

To share the green development experience of the chemical fiber industry and accelerate the green transformation and upgrading of the chemical fiber industry, the green fiber development forum of China International Chemical fiber conference was held in Bengbu, Anhui on the afternoon of September 5th. Representatives from industry associations, universities, research institutes and enterprises have exchanged ideas on creating green products, green factories and green industrial chains. Li Deli, deputy director of the Development Department of China Chemical Fiber Industry Association, chaired the forum.
Green fiber logo certification three year action plan (2020-2022 years)
He Yanli, vice president of China Chemical Fiber Industry Association, explained the objectives and tasks of green fiber certification in the next three years. At present, sustainable development has become a new trend in the development of textile industry in the future. Fashion industry also regards sustainable development as a new outlet for brand image. In this context, the sustainable properties of textile materials will receive more and more attention. The certification of green fiber label promoted by China Chemical Fiber Industry Association will guide chemical fiber and whole industrial chain to realize the green and sustainable development of the industry. He Yanli said, "in the future, we will continue to strengthen the publicity and promotion of green fiber logo certification, so that more than 100 chemical fiber enterprises can meet the requirements of green fiber label certification and pass the certification." To achieve this goal, the association will further improve the approval procedures for green fiber logo certification, standardize the downstream enterprise promotion procedures, increase the publicity and promotion of green fiber signs, establish and improve the evaluation system of green fiber label products, enhance the level of technological innovation of green fiber enterprises, promote the integration of green fiber logo certification with the green development of government and financial circles, publish annual green fiber signs annual reports and green fiber label product manuals.
Green factory standards and declarations in textile industry
Zhang Zhongjuan, Ministry of industry of China Textile Industry Federation, has brought the sharing work of the declaration of green factories in the textile industry. At present, the Ministry of industry and information technology has announced 800 green factories, of which 39 are green textile factories, accounting for 4.88%. In the process of declaring green factories, textile enterprises need to complete the information filling and assessment work according to the general principles of GB/T 36132-2018 green factory evaluation. She introduces in detail the basic requirements, inspection items, grading standards and evaluation process. In the future, in order to refine the whole evaluation system, the textile industry will compile the green industry evaluation guidelines for textile industry separately, and evaluate the requirements of green factories in different industries.
Practice and experience of green factory construction
Tan Yankun, vice president of Yiwu huting group, shared the experience of building a green factory. Founded in 2002, Yiwu Hua Ding is currently listed on A shares. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the development, production and sale of high quality and differentiated civilian nylon filament. In 2019, Yiwu huting group entered the "green factory" list of the Ministry of industry and commerce. Tan Yankun introduced the company's experience in building green plants from several aspects, such as work area planning, factory design, green low carbon technology, energy saving and consumption reduction equipment, clean production technology, dynamic monitoring and management of resources and energy, green design and green procurement, and green product development. He said, "green manufacturing is a comprehensive concept. It is necessary to realize the harmony and unity of economic interests, environmental benefits and social benefits, so as to achieve sustainable development."
Green development of regenerated colored spun fibers
Fujian Sichuan resources recycling Polytron Technologies Inc is a polyester recycling enterprise with recycled polyester as raw material. Chairman Zhang Feipeng shared a green solution to further reduce the environmental impact of the textile industry chain. The printing and dyeing industry consumes about 16 billion tons of water resources all year round, which brings great burden to the environment. By adding color masterbatch coloring technology in polyester melt spinning, the problem of printing and dyeing wastewater can be effectively solved. It is estimated that every 1 tons of regenerated colored yarn can be recycled by 4-5 thousand waste bottles, and 90 tons of water will be saved. On the basis of this, in order to solve the contradiction between long color cycle, large batch size, fast customer demand and small order, we created a marketing solution for the Internet plus color silk supermarket. By establishing a large database of color yarn and forming standard color number, we can quickly provide samples for customers and achieve short cycle production.
Life cycle carbon footprint analysis of polyester recycling cycle
Wang Hongtao, an associate professor from Sichuan University, shared the latest results of life cycle carbon footprint analysis of recycled polyester. Synthetic fiber raw materials are generally used as petrochemical raw materials. In order to achieve sustainable development, the recycling of resources is receiving increasing attention. From the perspective of life cycle, we can share the resource and environmental benefits and burdens between the life cycle before and after the recycling cycle. Wang Hongtao used the life cycle assessment (LCA) to calculate the carbon footprint of recycled polyester which used old clothes, textile corner waste and waste PET bottles as raw materials. In general, the carbon footprint of recycled polyester was much lower than that of native polyester, and the carbon footprint of recycled polyester raw materials produced by old clothes was relatively low, which was only 18% of the original polyester.
Design system and implementation of emission permit system in China
Dr. Niu Hao, an environmental assessment center of the Ministry of ecology and environment, introduced China's sewage permit system. According to the requirements of the State Council's "implementation plan for controlling pollutant discharge permit system", in 2020, China should fully implement the comprehensive coverage of the fixed pollutant source permit system. During the meeting, Niu Hao introduced the design system, progress and implementation of the permit system in China. In the future, the environmental protection department will achieve "one certificate" standardized management through the discharge permit. Through the establishment and improvement of the relevant standards system, the unified management of multiple industries, multiple outlets, pollutants and comprehensive emissions will be comprehensively solved, and the management system of "EIA access, permission to shut down emissions, and enforcement of law enforcement" will be formed.
Separate treatment and coupling reuse process of chemical fiber filament dyeing wastewater
At present, the wastewater produced in the process of printing and dyeing of synthetic filament fabrics has the characteristics of high organic content, high chromaticity, complex components and poor biochemical properties. With the continuous tightening of national environmental supervision, the industry needs to further explore the comprehensive and efficient solution for filament wastewater. Zhou Lei, a water treatment division of Dongli liquor and dyeing (Nantong) Co., Ltd. has brought together a comprehensive solution to separate and process the waste water and reuse the technology. Through the analysis of the amount of wastewater and main components of each section, the highly efficient treatment technology for the use of waste water in each section can enhance the efficiency of sewage treatment, reduce the cost of sewage treatment, and improve the reuse rate of wastewater.
