Japan'S Formal Production Accelerated To Overseas

Japanese manufacturers are stepping up their efforts to turn overseas.

Overseas production is dominated by black suits and production systems. Vietnam, which is based on China, has gradually improved its infrastructure such as material supply.

Although the price of black dress is higher and the cost is easy to recover, the rise of raw material prices and labor costs makes it necessary to pfer production sites as soon as possible and change the supply channels if the commodity prices remain unchanged.

IGIN's overseas production accounts for about 25% of the total production. It has always attached importance to domestic production in Japan, but will enhance its production capacity in China and Vietnam in the future.

Garment materials used by Chinese factories have always been from Japan and will be directly purchased from Dongli companies such as Nantong in the future.

The sewing links will also extend from the strongholds in Beijing and Shanghai to the Japanese factories in Jilin, Hunchun, Northeast China.

In addition, samples have been produced in Hu Zhiming, Vietnam.

Tokyo Soir, which accounts for about half of overseas production, will further increase this ratio.

In particular, Vietnam's production line which started production in 2006, though its output is less than 10% of the total, has been equipped with a production line of 17 to 18%.

Due to the purchase of raw materials from Thailand, the company expects to play a role in the "China +1" mode in the future.

Although Chinese factories move to the mainland and increase the risk of higher labor costs, their position as a production base remains unshakable.

But in terms of department stores, Vietnam, many shopping malls don't even recognize the black suits made in China.

It seems that there has been an incident demanding refund of overseas products purchased.

But consumers' awareness of the origin of fashion products is fading away, and the black suit has similar tendency.

If we can break this point, the space for overseas production is likely to be further improved.
