But they found that in the dining hall, as long as they could buy food at the price of 1.5 yuan -3 yuan at the vegetable window, the workers could not help asking, "why do the canteen give the vegetables to their employees, and can they buy food with money?"

Out of discontent, more than a thousand workers have messed up two restaurants in the factory.

Chen Mousheng, a worker, told reporters: "I have no food to pay for meals, but the canteen can provide additional food for the extra money. Maybe the dining hall has used our food to make dishes."

It is reported that the employees of the Li Kai shoe factory only need to pay 90 yuan per month for meals, so they can enjoy two meals every day in the factory dining hall, three dishes and one soup each.

The factory canteen has been contracted to third parties.

Shoe factory staff Mr. Song told reporters that the shoe factory canteen can not let all the employees who have paid the meal fee eat their meals. If they work late, they will often run into a meal that is first eaten by the employees who first left work. They can only admit their bad luck and go out to solve their lunch on their own.

Allegedly, this situation has lasted for more than a year, employees repeatedly reflected that the problem has not been resolved, this is a concentrated emotional outbreak.

In consultation with the two sides, Zhang Yi, a government policeman who appeared in the dining hall, told reporters: "the canteen is not enough for the workers. If the workers are willing to give money, they can buy food at the food window."

The reporter contacted Li Kai shoe factory on the phone. The shoe factory said, "I don't know who is going to be there."

A large number of hungry workers gathered in the factory playground to consult with the factory. Local government workers and police arrived at the scene to maintain order. Police said no one was injured in the conflict.

It is learnt that yesterday evening, the factory canteen provided dinner for every worker, but there was no definite plan to solve the problem thoroughly.
