The award of the year award ended recently, and Li Yan, teacher of art and Design Department of Zhongyuan University of Technology's information business school, was selected as "the ten fashion designer in Henan".

The event was organized by the Henan apparel industry association and the Henan International Chamber of Commerce garment manufacturers. Since the launch in January of 2011, more than 500 garment enterprises, fashion design companies, design studios and colleges and universities in Henan have actively participated in the event, and 20 of them have been selected.

The division was selected and 10 designers were finally selected.

Construction will fully reflect the exemplary and driving effects of quality enterprises and high-quality brands, further expand the visibility and influence of Henan's clothing enterprises and brands, promote brand culture and brand value, enhance the core competitiveness and brand reputation of the enterprises, give full play to the supporting role of Henan's clothing industry in the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone, and take the major development opportunities facing Henan's clothing industry as an opportunity to speed up industrial agglomeration, cultivate famous enterprises, famous brands and famous teachers, and promote the resplendence of Henan's clothing in the future.

The school of information and business, Zhongyuan University of Technology (hereinafter referred to as the "information business college") was founded in April 2003. It is the first independent college with full-time undergraduate education qualifications approved by the Ministry of education.

The Institute is jointly organized by Zhongyuan University of Technology and Jiahong holding group. It implements the management system of the president responsibility under the leadership of the board of directors and has the independent legal personality.

After seven years of development, the conditions of the school have been improved, the scale of the school has been expanding, the quality of teaching has been steadily improved, the construction of the teaching staff has been continuously strengthened, the discipline and specialty construction has achieved remarkable results, and remarkable achievements have been made and good social benefits have been achieved. It has won the high praise from the leaders and all circles of the society, and has successively won the honorary title of "advanced units of information platform in Henan sunshine college entrance examination", "advanced independent colleges in the country", "advanced units in Henan private education run schools", "the fastest growing institutions in Henan", and "excellent institutions of higher education in China".

The Institute consists of 9 functional departments, including the college office, the educational administration science and technology office, the personnel office, the student affairs office, the financial assets department, the logistics support department, the supervision room, the library and the information center. There are altogether 8 teaching units, namely, the Department of economic management, the Department of political science and media, the Department of foreign languages, the Department of computer science, the Department of art design, the Department of mechanical engineering, the Department of information engineering and the Department of basic subjects.

It has six universities, including management, art, engineering, economics, literature, law and so on. It has 6 specialties, including accounting, mechanical design and automation, art design, English, law, computer science and technology, and 24 other undergraduate specialties, such as tourism foreign languages, accounting and so on.

As of December 2011, there were 12946 full-time students in our institute, of whom 11467 were undergraduates.

The faculty has a relatively strong faculty structure and a reasonable structure. Currently, there are 573 full-time teachers.

Among them, there are 234 senior teachers and 292 intermediate grade teachers.

Teachers with master's degree or above accounted for 84.64% of the total number of teachers.
