The so-called "ILAC" certificate, its English full name is International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (referred to as ILAC), ILAC Chinese full name is the international laboratory accreditation organization.

The purpose of the organization is to publicize and promote international laboratory accreditation activities, to discuss, coordinate and formulate common procedures and technical documents, and to exchange laboratory accreditation activities.

Egypt is one of the main markets for Yiwu's exports to Africa, and exports are increasing year by year.

In 2011, the 15253 batch of Egypt exported to Yiwu for the whole year was exported to US $254 million 960 thousand, of which the 2105 batch of footwear was 32 million 560 thousand dollars, and the clothing was 1931 batches of 34 million 780 thousand US dollars, which required the certificate of "ILAC".
