During the "12th Five-Year" period, China Textile industry We must continue to maintain its comparative advantages, adapt to the requirements of industrialization and informatization under the new situation, change the extensive growth mode, vigorously promote independent innovation, strive to build our own well-known brands, improve the level of industrial creativity, optimize the supply chain management, readjust and optimize the structure, and take a new road to industrialization.

Not long ago, the China Federation of enterprises (hereinafter referred to as the China Federation of enterprises) launched the 2011 top 500 manufacturing enterprises in China seventh times in accordance with international practice. Among the 40 manufacturing industries in statistics, there are 13 or 14 enterprises in the textile, printing and dyeing industry and textiles, clothing, footwear and hat processing enterprises (collectively referred to as textile enterprises). A total of 27 enterprises have been selected as the top 500 manufacturing enterprises in China this year.

To further examine its indicators, the average operating income, average assets, average profits, average tax total and average R & D fees of textile, printing and dyeing industry, textile, clothing, footwear and hat processing enterprises ranked 500 among the 40 manufacturing industries in the statistics of the top 500 manufacturing industries were twenty-fifth and thirty-fourth, twenty-seventh and thirtieth, twentieth and twenty-fourth, twenty-sixth and twenty-ninth, fourteenth and fourteenth, respectively.

From this, we can see that in the modern manufacturing industry, the textile industry as a Traditional industries Limited by the technical characteristics of its industry, it has the characteristics of relatively small scale, low technology capital intensity and low added value. Therefore, during the "12th Five-Year" period, China's textile industry should continue to maintain its comparative advantages, adapt to the requirements of industrialization and informatization under the new situation, change the existing extensive growth mode, readjust and optimize the structure, and take a new road to industrialization.

   First, we must vigorously promote independent innovation.

Independent innovation is an inexhaustible driving force for the development of textile enterprises. According to the recent domestic experience Spin A survey conducted by several leading industries in 8 industries, including the majority of enterprises, will strengthen R & D design capability as the primary factor to enhance competitiveness. Textile enterprises should start from a system perspective, and build an efficient and independent enterprise innovation system that meets the requirements of globalization and knowledge economy era. We should pay close attention to the following two points:

Continuously increase R & D investment. The countless experience of Chinese and foreign enterprises shows that increasing investment in R & D is always the top priority of independent innovation. Generally speaking, the gap between Chinese and foreign enterprises in the field of technological innovation and international advanced enterprises is firstly the gap between R & D investment. From the above data, we can see that the R & D investment of China's textile enterprises is also insufficient. Therefore, China's textile enterprises should increase R & D investment as a "nose" to promote independent innovation, and make corresponding improvements in R & D mode and input structure, so as to ensure the sustainability of R & D investment.

Pay attention to original and independent innovation. So far, textile enterprises in China have made great leap forward development by introducing technology, re innovation and integrated innovation in undertaking international industrial transfer. Compared with the advanced level of the world, the gap between the products and services provided by China's textile enterprises has been significantly reduced. In the future, we need to rely more on our original and independent innovation, and only through original and independent innovation can China's textile enterprises go beyond the international advanced level.

   Second, we must strive to build our own well-known brands.

Compared with developed countries, independent brands are also the weakness of China's textile enterprises. Therefore, if China's textile industry wants to get out of the low end predicament, it must build up its famous brand. First of all, product quality is the foundation of building an independent brand. Without excellent product quality, enterprises can not have good market performance, and they can not have strong products and corporate brand. Secondly, comprehensive quality service can effectively enhance brand reputation and loyalty. Therefore, enterprises should improve their own service system, pursue zero distance with customers, and maximize customer satisfaction. Moreover, to build a strong brand, the first point is to create a wide range of popularity, which requires the help of the media and various marketing means to push the brand to the customers and the public.

  Third, we must regard industrial creativity as a new engine of upgrading.

The added value of China's textile industry is mainly based on the added value of processing labor, which accounts for a very low proportion of the added value of the final product, while the large proportion of the added value of the design (including technology and brand) is almost all acquired by the developed countries.

The main reason for this phenomenon is that compared with the developed countries, the level of industrial creativity of Chinese textile enterprises is generally not high. Therefore, constantly upgrading the level of industrial creativity is also an important way for Chinese textile enterprises to increase their added value.

Textile enterprises can take the "two wheel drive" development strategy to carry out industrial creative activities: first, textile enterprises should pay more attention to industrial creative activities, increase investment in creativity, set up specialized organizations and personnel, and increase activities in industrial design, technological innovation and brand building. This belongs to the "Internalization" of the industrial creative activities, which can be seen as the extension of the textile enterprises from the manufacturing link to the service area; the other is the stripping of the industrial creative activities from the industrial enterprises, and the completion of the whole industry creative industry market by the professional creative companies, which belongs to the industrial creative industry supporting and upgrading the manufacturing industry. From the current development trend, the latter way has increasingly become the main way for enterprises to carry out industrial creative activities.

   Fourth, we must optimize supply chain management.

China's textile industry is still at the low end of the international industrial chain. The main reason is that our textile enterprises are only a processing workshop. In many cases, the upstream raw material supply chain and the downstream price chain are all in the hands of others. Therefore, optimizing the supply chain management is an indispensable and important means for the transformation and upgrading of the textile and garment industry. {page_break}

Extending to the two ends of the industrial chain, R & D and market are what our textile industry lacks at present. Therefore, China's textile enterprises should stretch their efforts to the upstream and downstream in the production process, and strive to change the way of development based on the processing industry, and create a vertical industrial chain from top to bottom.

Relying on information technology, textile enterprises need to optimize supply chain management by information technology. At present, there are many mature software systems in this area, but informatization is not a simple software application problem. It is a systematic project involving the adjustment of enterprise management structure and the reorganization of business processes.
