Mr. Chang Hua Che, director general of the combination and Osaka office, first briefed the participants on the current situation of the Japanese textile and garment industry and the problems currently facing them.
He pointed out that in 90s, most Japanese clothing enterprises were forced to move to Shanghai, Shandong, Dalian and other regions in China, such as wage increases, and 80%-90%'s textiles and garments were made in China.
However, with the rapid development of China's garment industry in recent years and the increasing cost of production in China, although Japanese enterprises in departments have begun to implement the "CHINA+1" mode, they have begun to focus on Southeast Asian countries such as import tariffs "0", but most Japanese enterprises still attach great importance to and care for Anhui Province as a key area to undertake industrial pfer.
They have learned in China that Chinese factories are more willing to cooperate with countries such as Europe and the United States because of the strict quality requirements, multiple varieties, small batch, short delivery time and low profit margins. However, because the processing bases in Southeast Asia do not yet have the processing capacity of China, Japanese companies are willing to communicate and negotiate problems. The processing base will still be dominated by the eastern and western parts of Anhui.
In addition, the Japanese government will adopt new measures and policies to expand the sales market of fabrics and other products in the eastern and western parts of China.
Subsequently, Zhang Chunfeng, deputy director of the Foreign Affairs Department of Anhui Provincial Department of Commerce, from the scale of our province's textile and clothing and our province
Industrial pfer
The situation, labor force and government policies are explained.
From Mengcheng, Lu'an, Fuyang, Wangjiang, Wuhu and other industrial cluster representatives and Zhan Lingzhi, chairman of Anhui Huamao Group Co., Ltd. respectively introduced their respective traffic location, employment situation, government policies, industrial park planning, and the way of cooperation and direction with Japan.
Huamao puts forward 3 cooperation modes: "fabric + clothing", "technology + management", "factory + trade", and hopes to cooperate with the Japanese side in the deep processing and technical management of fabrics in the future.
Finally, the Secretary General of Ye Liang said that through this communication, the Japanese side has initially understood the briefs of various regions in Anhui, and Japan has to open up the Chinese market in various aspects such as processing, sales, high-end fabrics, design and so on.
Next, the two sides should closely contact and communicate with each other to explore further ways of cooperation.
At present, China has a large demand for Japanese and Korean brands. Anhui garment trade association as an industry representative will actively explore channels to promote the development of brand input and promote the common development of China and Japan's textile and garment industry.
