　　 On September 9, Hailan Home Group Co., Ltd. issued an announcement on the resignation of directors and chief financial officer. According to the announcement, the Board of Directors of Hailan Home Group Co., Ltd. received Ms. Qian Yaping's written resignation report on September 7, 2024. For personal reasons, Ms. Qian Yaping applied to the Board of Directors to resign as a director, deputy general manager (vice president), chief financial officer and member of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee of the Board of Directors.
