Jixiang Sanbao High tech New Material Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise engaged in the research, development, design, production and sales of functional textile new materials. When the company was founded in 1998, it was only a township enterprise engaged in the production of cotton garment sewing lines. Later, it gradually expanded its scale and became a home textile enterprise with a full industrial chain in 2006. "The competition in the traditional textile industry was fierce. At that time, the development of the enterprise encountered a bottleneck, and the annual sales volume hovered around 100 million yuan, which was difficult to rise again." Rong Xiaoying, deputy general manager of the company, said.

In 2017, Jieshou City organized an "academician expert trip", inviting more than 10 academicians nationwide to "feel the pulse" of enterprises with a certain industrial base in the city.
