   At the meeting, the heads of Guanghe Textile, cotton weaving, printing and dyeing, flannelette, Benfa Garment and other units under Nanjing Textile Group reported on their annual operation (work) completion in the first half of the year, the operation (work) goals and plans in the second half of the year.
   After the report, Xu Jianlin, the general manager of Nanjing Textile Group, made a speech on behalf of the Group, notified the operation in the first half of the year, analyzed the current market situation and the main problems, and put forward requirements for future operation.
   Xu Jianlin said that in the first half of the year, Nanjing Textile Group completed 54.7% of the annual profit and tax tasks. Under the very bad market situation, it undoubtedly made great efforts to achieve such achievements. Xu Jianlin analyzed the current market situation, some problems and challenges existing in enterprises, and required all units not to be intoxicated with their achievements, face up to their own problems, correctly understand the complexity and uncertainty of the economic situation, and focus on the following work: First, pay close attention to the construction of the cadre team. Management cadres should resolutely get rid of conservative ideas, establish a big pattern and vision, and strengthen the confidence and courage to do great things and create great undertakings; We should enhance our awareness of learning and master cutting-edge information and technology. The Group will further strengthen the performance orientation and promote the survival of the fittest management team. The second is to boost confidence in development, maintain firm strategic determination and resolve to overcome all difficulties. We should carefully analyze the market and competitors, find our own advantages, establish a strong belief in winning, and inject confidence and strength into our staff. The third is to strengthen the construction of the sales team, study and develop specific methods, and cultivate a group of excellent salesmen with excellent professional quality, outstanding business negotiation ability, who can really accept orders, receive orders well, and receive large orders. The management and assessment of the sales team should strengthen the horse racing mechanism, competition mechanism and elimination mechanism. At the same time, we will strengthen our R&D efforts and develop a number of new and good products needed by the market. The fourth is to speed up talent training.
