In the teaching session, three industry experts provided professional guidance for students to improve enterprise technical ability, product quality, research and development strategies, and promote innovation cooperation by interpreting the latest technological capabilities, research and development trends, product quality standard testing and methods, etc.
   Zhu Meifang, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, dean of the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Donghua University, and director of the State Key Laboratory of Fiber Material Modification, with the theme of "new era, new materials, new track", shared the background and significance of high-quality development of chemical fiber industry in the new era in simple terms, and explained the evolution process from molecular design to polymer microstructure, The research status and R&D direction of carbon fiber and composite materials, high thermal insulation ceramic fiber cotton, lunar soil like basalt fiber, ultra light aerogel and other aerospace application fibers and their composites were interpreted, and the world's most cutting-edge scientific issues, the future of energy storage, as well as "force light" conversion fibers, fiber implantation, multi-dimensional hybrid semiconductor fibers New opportunities brought by new racetracks such as acoustic fibers and intelligent fabrics, fibers for extreme environments, etc. Zhu Meifang pointed out that paying attention to the chemical fiber industry and strengthening the trinity of education, science and technology, and talents are the basic and strategic support for comprehensively building a modern textile chemical fiber industry system. In the future, we should continue to promote new fibers and new materials, because they are the foundation of new track industries such as artificial intelligence, quantum technology and 5G.
   Ding Ruoyao, the technical director of Shanghai Textile Group Testing Standards Co., Ltd., introduced the textile functional testing in the theme report of "textile functional testing", that is, the special functions beyond the basic use value of the textile itself, mainly including four functions of "water, electricity, insects (microorganisms), heat" and several functional textiles such as health care and comfort. A series of dry goods were shared, including the basic principle of textile waterproofing, three levels of testing of waterproof fabrics, moisture permeability and permeability testing, moisture absorption and quick drying performance, anti-static performance, antibacterial, anti mite, anti mosquito, anti-virus and other test standards and effects. In addition, Ding Ruoyao also talked about more new technologies and new test methods such as external contact cold and warm feeling test, negative ion, far infrared, etc. He emphasized that through textile functional testing, enterprises can choose appropriate textile materials, improve product quality and competitiveness, and increase consumer trust and satisfaction, which will have a positive impact on enterprise development and long-term competitiveness.
   Li Hongjie, Deputy Director of the Standardization Office of Shanghai Institute of Textile Industry Technology Supervision, made a detailed sharing on fiber standards and standardization, standardization status quo, and standardization development trend in his keynote speech "Current situation and development trend of chemical fiber standardization". This paper has carried out in-depth interpretation from various aspects, such as the basic information of standard classification, characteristics, existing forms, functions, etc., domestic and international standard formulation and revision procedures, problems that should be paid attention to when establishing and defending standards, problems that often occur in the process of standard formulation and revision, and standardization work ideas and key work during the "14th Five Year Plan" period. Li Hongjie pointed out that the formulation of standards plays an important role in ensuring product quality, improving enterprise competitiveness and promoting industry development. However, standards, which are different from scientific research projects and patents, are normative documents for common and repeated use. We should strengthen the pre research work of standards and attach importance to the quality of standards.
   At the same time, she also said that the technical parameters of China's standards are basically the same or even more advanced than those of similar products abroad, but there is still much room for improvement in the coverage of standardized testing methods and methods for chemical fibers and the actual needs, and the level of high-performance fibers in China still needs to be continuously improved. In the future, we will continue to strengthen the development of basic standards and method standards, strengthen the standardization work in the five key areas of differentiated functional fibers, recycled chemical fibers, bio based chemical fibers, high-performance fibers, and biodegradable fiber materials, continue to promote the work of ISO international standards and standards in foreign languages, and strengthen the construction of green manufacturing standard system, Strengthen the constraints on ecological environmental protection standards, and attach importance to the preparation and revision of carbon peak and carbon neutral standards.

   The State Key Laboratory of Fiber Material Modification is the first national key laboratory in the field of fiber and textile materials, which originated from the first chemical fiber specialty in China. As soon as they entered the achievement laboratory of the State Key Laboratory of Fiber Material Modification, the students were deeply attracted by the "flash" fibers: viscose based carbon fiber, polyacrylonitrile based carbon fiber, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, polyimide fiber, etc., which won the National Science and Technology Progress Award. These fibers not only display China's scientific and technological achievements, It also represents the glory of the laboratory in the field of fiber material modification.
