Huamao (000850. SZ) announced that the company intends to transfer its 16.68% equity of Desheng printing and dyeing Co., Ltd. through public listing, and the bottom price of listing transfer shall not be lower than the market value of 16.68% equity of Desheng printing and dyeing on the benchmark date of December 31, 2020, which is 23.4979 million yuan.
By the end of the listing period on August 4, 2021, a total of one intended transferee meeting the transfer conditions of this equity transfer has been formed. According to the relevant requirements, the qualification of the intended transferee was examined, and it was determined that the transferee of the equity transfer was Luoyang Desheng Textile Technology Co., Ltd.
According to the relevant provisions, if only one transferee is generated through public collection, the transaction mode of agreement transfer can be adopted. On August 18, 2021, the company signed the property right transaction contract with Luoyang Desheng Textile Technology Co., Ltd., which determined that the transfer amount of 16.68% equity of Desheng printing and dyeing was RMB 23.5 million.
