Dieshiqiao area is the largest home textile industry cluster in China, and has a good living soil for home textile enterprises. In the process of consultation with other home textile factories, students also conducted extensive research, hoping to select some high-quality factories for long-term cooperation.

In this way, Tan Yue, together with 11 students majoring in logistics management, e-commerce, information and communication engineering, computer technology and other majors, began to transform and upgrade the company, helping traditional home textiles move towards smart home textiles.

Because of cooperation, enterprises can unite to receive larger orders. This kind of small and medium-sized enterprises "group heating" way quickly get the support of all walks of life. With everyone's efforts, the upstream large enterprises, schools, hospitals and other enterprises and institutions have "placed orders".

"Textile customer interconnection" not only saves the time of large demand customers, but also ensures the quality and reassures customers. After the factory equipment in the consortium is installed with self-made chips, the team can also test the quality of the products produced through the material prediction system while intelligently dispatching the idle equipment. If the quality of the products is unqualified, the system of the factory will automatically issue a warning.

Under the double guarantee of product quality and production quantity, the enterprises in the consortium are getting better and better. More and more local small and medium-sized enterprises also begin to believe that this group of young people can bring substantial help to them.

Up to now, the home textile virtual factory consortium, which is the first domestic home textile production capacity sharing mode, has realized the interconnection of more than 5000 sets of equipment in Dieshiqiao area.
