"2016 / 2020 China Nonwovens Industry Social Responsibility Report" Officially Released

On September 2, 2020, the first social responsibility report of China's nonwovens industry, 2016 / 2020, was officially released to the whole society in Shanghai. Gao Yong, Secretary of the Party committee of China Textile Industry Federation, Li Lingshen, vice president of China Textile Industry Federation and President of China Industrial Textiles Industry Association, Yan Yan, director of social responsibility Office of China Textile Industry Federation, and Zhang Wentao, President of Saideli group, jointly unveiled the report at the 9th China International Nonwovens conference.

In the global trend of green manufacturing and responsible consumption, China's nonwovens industry not only faces the challenges from policy and supervision, but also bears the pressure of industrial upgrading, energy saving and consumption reduction, and quality improvement.

      As a national trade organization in the field of nonwovens, China Industrial Textiles Industry Association actively promotes and carries out social responsibility work in the industry, strengthens communication and cooperation with national ministries and relevant international organizations, coordinates trade, environmental protection and consumption policies in the field of nonwovens, promotes advanced energy-saving and consumption reduction technologies, develops and applies green degradable materials, and promotes the development and application of green degradable materials The construction of green supply chain in point field will create greater value for the country and industry, and share the development achievements with relevant parties in the industry chain. Since 2013, China's nonwovens industry has released 8 social responsibility reports of industrial clusters and key enterprises.

With the rapid development of nonwovens industry and the continuous expansion of application fields, as well as the increasing attention of all sectors of society to the nonwovens industry, it is particularly important to communicate the industry situation to stakeholders and the public through a formal report. In 2020, China Industrial Textiles Industry Association cooperated with the social responsibility Office of China Textile Industry Federation and Saideli to prepare the 2016 / 2020 social responsibility report of China nonwovens industry.

The report mainly reflects the social responsibility related activities and events of China's nonwovens industry from 2016 to 2020, and part of the contents go back to 2010 or even before, in order to provide readers with more abundant and complete information.
