Recently, it was reported that Liu Jun, a member of the Party group and deputy director of the State Post Office, was investigating the integration and development of express delivery industry and manufacturing industry in Beijing's home express delivery headquarters.

Liu Jun pointed out that promoting the deep integration and development of express delivery industry and manufacturing industry is of great significance for promoting the improvement of quality and efficiency of manufacturing industry, transformation and upgrading of express delivery industry, building a strong manufacturing and postal power, and realizing high-quality economic development.

Liu Jun stressed that at present, profound changes are taking place in the field of manufacturing circulation, and new business forms, new channels and new kinetic energy are constantly emerging. Express enterprises should actively grasp the opportunity, strengthen capacity building, adapt to the needs of manufacturing enterprises, and improve the comprehensive service ability of supply chain.

This year, the Ministry of Posts issued the opinions on the integration of express industry and manufacturing industry in April.

According to the opinion, by 2025, the scope of express delivery service manufacturing industry will continue to expand and be deeply integrated into automobile, consumer goods, electronic information, biomedical and other manufacturing fields, forming a supply chain service capability covering procurement, production, sales and after-sales of relevant manufacturing industries, and cultivate integrated development of warehousing and distribution integration, inbound logistics, international supply chain and overseas collaboration The mature mode has cultivated 100 typical deep integration projects and 20 deep integration development pilot areas.
