It is understood that the Guizhou Asian green textile printing and dyeing demonstration plant has a total construction area of 18138.72 square meters and a total investment of 180 million yuan, including R & D center, circular machine shop, intelligent low carbon dyeing and finishing workshop, intelligent storage workshop, finishing workshop and so on. Among them, the production line of 4 YS-N1 intelligent dyeing and finishing equipment constructed by intelligent low carbon dyeing and finishing workshop can reach 12 thousand tons per year after delivery.

In addition, the dyeing and finishing technology of the plant is the first in China and has reached the international advanced level. In the dyeing and finishing link of textile supply chain, the research direction of the plant is green, intelligent, refined and digitalized. Through exploring the balance relationship between natural essence and science and technology with the upstream and downstream of the supply chain, the concept of regeneration, organic and sustainability is penetrated into the core technologies of equipment, technology and dye auxiliaries, and dye breaking technology and ultrasonic homogeneous dyeing are adopted. The technology improves dye uptake, solves the problem of easy agglomeration and deep dyeing of disperse dyes, and achieves energy saving, environmental protection and zero discharge throughout the production process.

This year, the project process has been delayed due to the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic. But after the epidemic gradually stabilized, under the premise of epidemic prevention and control, the plant vigorously and orderly promoted the resumption of work and resumed production, and rapidly carried out the installation work. At present, the first set of equipment in the intelligent low carbon dyeing and finishing workshop is being debugged and is in trial production stage. It is expected to be put into operation by the end of June this year.
