1. promote project construction

In the agreed time limit, the total investment will be completed and put into operation. The investment intensity will be 2 million yuan per mu (1 million 500 thousand of modern logistics), and 75 yuan subsidy will be given; the investment intensity will be 112.5 yuan subsidy per mu 3 million; and the base price of the key project should be determined 70% according to the base land price 70% of the project area.

In other manufacturing industries, when the annual production equipment is invested more than 1 million yuan (inclusive), the excess progressive subsidy will be implemented, and the production equipment will be invested in 1 million yuan (including) to 5 million yuan, which will be subsidized by 6% of the purchase amount of equipment. 5 million yuan (10 million yuan) will be subsidized by 15%, and 10 million yuan (20 million yuan) will be subsidized according to 20%. The maximum subsidy for a single enterprise is less than 30 million yuan.

This provision is only for enterprises, and enterprises are required to declare through the enterprises in their towns, and the main business income is more than 20 million. The subsidy does not include environmental protection equipment. Leasing equipment obtained through financial leasing is regarded as the equipment for purchase (transformation), which is subsidized according to the above standards. The amount of subsidy exceeds the local economic contribution of the year (local economic contribution: value-added tax + corporate income tax, Shishi retained value added tax 43.75%, corporate income tax 35%), and can be cashed at the upper limit of the total contribution of local economy within 2 years. The purchase amount is based on the official invoice of the year, and the declared amount includes tax calculation, and the subsidy does not include tax. The pure technology upgrading project is put forward to the municipal industrial information and Technology Bureau in advance, and the technical upgrading projects involving new buildings or extension projects must be filed with the municipal development and Reform Bureau ahead of schedule.

3. cultivate innovative groups

The high and new technology enterprises that have been awarded a reward of 400 thousand yuan by the high and new technology enterprises shall be rewarded 100 thousand yuan. The incubator enterprises at the provincial level and above have been identified as high-tech enterprises, and their economic contribution has exceeded 500 thousand yuan or 3 years in the past 3 years. The cumulative economic contribution has exceeded 1 million 500 thousand yuan and landed in our city, and the reward was 200 thousand yuan in the year of graduation. For the "national innovation enterprise" and "Fujian innovative enterprise", they were rewarded 500 thousand yuan and 200 thousand yuan respectively.

4. encourage transformation of scientific and technological achievements.

For enterprises to purchase scientific and technological achievements and patent technology of universities and scientific research institutes, and those registered through technical contracts, they shall be subsidized by 10% of the amount of technical transactions paid by enterprises to enterprises, and the subsidy amount of a single project shall not exceed 500 thousand yuan, and the reward amount of the same enterprise shall not exceed 1 million yuan per year. Enterprises are encouraged to carry out technology export services, and those who have been registered through technical contracts shall be subsidized by 3% of the transaction volume of the project. The subsidy amount for a single project shall not exceed 300 thousand yuan, and the annual reward amount of the same enterprise shall not exceed 500 thousand yuan.

5. encourage intellectual property rights

The application for registration and authorized places in our city are authorized by the State Intellectual Property Office, and the invention patents are transferred and converted (independently implemented or permitted by other enterprises in our city), and each grant is granted 40 thousand yuan. The invention patent granted by the State Intellectual Property Office authorized by the State Intellectual Property Office shall be subsidized in accordance with 50% of the above standards, which is not registered in our city and has been authorized to land in China for more than 1 years.

The grant for utility model patents is 2000 yuan, and the design patent subsidy is 1000 yuan.

The same enterprise shall not receive more than 300 thousand yuan in the same year, of which the total subsidy for utility models and design patents shall not exceed 150 thousand yuan, and the same natural person shall not exceed 150 thousand yuan in the same year, of which the total subsidy for utility models and design patents shall not exceed 100 thousand yuan.

6. support school uniform Enterprises

For our school uniform enterprises to participate in the bidding of overseas school uniform, the annual total contract price of 5 million yuan and above will be awarded according to 5% of the total invoice price issued in our city. The maximum reward of a single enterprise is not more than 1 million yuan. For the key exhibitions of our school uniforms, including the exhibitions sponsored by the provincial associations and the above departments, each booth provides a subsidy of 50% for the booth fee. The maximum subsidy for a single standard booth is not more than 20 thousand yuan, and the number of supplementary exhibitions per enterprise is not more than 4.

7., cultivate big business enterprises.

For those businesses with limited tax credit and above B level (including B level), they are rewarded in three stalls: when the annual economic contribution is more than 1 million yuan (inclusive), they will give the local economic contribution a full bonus; when the annual economic contribution is 500 thousand yuan (inclusive) to 1 million yuan, the local economic contribution will be increased by 80% of the total contribution; when the contribution of the annual economic contribution is less than 500 thousand yuan, the local economic contribution will be increased by 50%.

Expand the new retail business of e-commerce. Encourage enterprises with limited electricity providers to establish their own brands and strengthen intellectual property protection. For brand electric providers in the well-known third party trading platform advertising fees (through train, drilling exhibition) more than 5 million yuan, more than 5 million yuan part of the subsidies to 10%, the maximum subsidy for a single enterprise is not more than 300 thousand yuan.
