According to the whole industry chain planning, the Southwest's largest bio based textile base with 50 billion output value is planned.

Sichuan Pingshan Industrial Park, combined with the advantages of raw material resources, labor force and industrial foundation, will become the largest textile industry base in Southwest China and the poverty alleviation and cooperation demonstration base of East and West industries.
