Construction of the whole industrial chain of polylactic acid


Bio based materials are materials made from biomass or monomer containing biomass. The production process is green, environmentally friendly, degradable and recyclable. It can effectively reduce the consumption of petroleum resources and protect the ecological environment. It is a new material developed by the state. It has important strategic significance to seize the commanding heights of international competition in the future and build a strong manufacturing nation.


Anhui Fengyuan Group has always adhered to the development of Bio Industry, focusing on building bio chemical industry, biological medicine and biological new material industry, and is a leading enterprise in the industry. As far as performance is concerned, polylactic acid is renewable, and its products can be completely degraded. It has affinity, safety, bacteriostasis, inflammability and excellent processability. It can be widely used in making shirts, underwear, sportswear, home textiles and sanitary materials.


For downstream applications of polylactic acid, representatives from downstream enterprises such as long Fu ring, Puyang Yurun and Hainan sixth space have made statements. Among them, long Fu ring can cooperate with Fengyuan Group to develop polylactic acid carpets and other products, and work closely with Guangdong textile import and export company, cheerful home textiles and other trade and application enterprises, and strengthen the industrial chain of polylactic acid. The cooperation between Puyang Yurun and Fengyuan Group has made significant progress in the application of polylactic acid fiber in the field of clothing, such as polylactic acid T-shirts, underwear, bedding, socks and other products, and 60% of polylactic acid fiber and 40% Tencel made garments as Fengyuan Group's tooling. However, the scale and industrialization of polylactic acid are not enough compared with chemical fiber products. In addition, compared with polyester fiber with high cost performance and high market acceptance, polylactic acid fiber has advantages, such as poor temperature tolerance, poor dyeing and so on. It should not be ignored in the field of technology, engineering, equipment and so on, and the market acceptance should also be improved. Therefore, when we need to consider the cost and market acceptance, we can lower the target first and make the basic work solid. When the demand for products and the market really accept, we will proceed to the goal of million tons.
