In the first half of 2019, the average retail sales of the company's direct retail business increased by 18.7% over the same period last year. It is reported that there are four brands of "DAZZLE", "DIAMONDDAZZLE", "d" zzit and "RAZZLE". As of June 30, 2019, there were 1050 retail outlets in mainland China, Macao, China and Japan, compared with 1062 in the 2018 by the end of 2018.
According to the researcher of Soochow securities Limited by Share Ltd, the main brand DAZZLE and the annual brand d 'zzit have maintained a good growth momentum. 1) the company's main brand DAZZLE:DAZZLE still accounts for 58% of 19Q2's revenue, although the number of stores continues to decline in 19Q2, but the brand's revenue growth is still 15.7% at 19Q2, and Q2's single quarter gross profit margin has increased by 1.13pp compared with the same period last year. 2) the younger brand d 'zzit:d' zzit continued to maintain rapid growth, and the number of stores increased 9 to 393 compared with 19Q1, and its revenue increased 22% to 177 million, accounting for 33.7% of revenue. The company hopes to extend D's zzit price belt in order to bring its growth potential into full play. 3) high-end brand DIAMONDDAZZLE and menswear RAZZLE are still being adjusted, but the company signed 19H1 young idol Kimura Hikaruki as DIAMONDDAZZLE spokesperson at 19H1, and commissioned Japanese famous designer Shan Shan Tong to design a brand new image of all brand shops.
