According to the notice of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council on carrying out the elimination of duties on commodities in the United States and Canada (the Tax Commission Announcement No. 2019] No. 2), the enterprises and associations in China may register and register through the website of the Ministry of Customs Tariff Policy Research Center (https://gszx.mof.gov.cn) and fill out the application. In September 2nd, the declaration system formally accepted the second batch of exclusions.
