Internet giant's "common choice"

Internet giants such as millet, Baidu and Jingdong have invested heavily in smart phones in recent years, and have seized the market.

Yang Zhijian said that at present, the automation rate of the company is 70%, and it is expected that 90% automation will be achieved by 2020.

"The company began to pform from 2010-2012 years or so, and invested about 40 million yuan in automation. When recruiting large numbers of R & D talents, it also introduced advanced equipment and developed towards high-end products."

In the production workshop, the manipulator skillfully placed the circuit board under the machine.

When the design of the circuit board is recorded in the computer, the manipulator takes the place of the workers, and automatically compares the fabricated circuit boards with the design drawings.

"After the company enters the manipulator to check the circuit board, a worker can take care of two machines. Not only is the efficiency improved, but also the cost is fixed, and the quality is guaranteed."

According to Yang Zhijian, at present, the company's investment of 33 million US dollars in capital expansion projects has been included in major preparatory projects.

Yang Zhijian also revealed that at present, they are producing samples of 5G PCB for HUAWEI, and mass production is estimated in June.
