In October 2017, when the law enforcement officers of Fiber Inspection Institute of Turpan city conducted on-site inspection, it was found that the factory was carrying out the production of No. 3 cotton store. There were chemical fiber knitted bags and plastic films to be processed into seed cotton for feeding flowers, and no foreign fiber picking personnel were found at the scene.

According to the investigation, there are about 150 tons of seed cotton in the 3 cotton storehouse under production and processing. The 3 cotton storehouse has processed about 100 tons of seed cotton without the selection of foreign fibers, which amounts to 250 tons of seed cotton and 100 tons of lint cotton.

According to the state standard, the foreign fibers and other harmful substances in the processed cotton should be sorted and eliminated, and a fine of 30 thousand yuan shall be imposed.
