Xinjiang Fuli Zhen Lun Cotton Textile Co., Ltd. is jointly invested by Xinjiang Fulida Fiber Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Xinjiang Zhongtai chemical Limited by Share Ltd, and Suzhou Zhen Lun cotton spinning Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 600 million yuan, covering an area of 1500 mu, with a total construction area of 527 thousand square meters.

Since the construction started in 2015, a modern spinning enterprise has risen in Gobi for three years.

At the end of December 2017, the completion of the 1 million phase of Fuli Zhen Lun phase I project marked that the total capacity of the rayon viscose yarn has reached 1 million 500 thousand spindles, making it the world's largest production base for viscose yarn, with annual sales exceeding 5 billion yuan.
