After the acquisition, CDH investment actively promoted cooperation between Baroque and BELLE, and leveraged Baroque's brand resources to expand the clothing market in mainland China.

As of the eve of the listing, the number of Baroque stores in mainland China and Hongkong has expanded from the initial 29 in 2013 to the current 185, of which 177 are in mainland China, covering 33 cities nationwide. The number of stores has increased by more than 5 times.

BELLE business is divided into three parts, footwear, sportswear, and other clothing.

BELLE international 2016 fiscal year performance Bulletin shows that the current situation of these three pieces is the footwear industry shrinks, sportswear is supporting the country, and women's clothing is the main "other" emerging business in the rapid growth.

The income of other clothing businesses mainly dressed in women increased by 66.2% to 491 million yuan compared with that of the previous year. However, excluding the factors of one-time impairment of goodwill and other intangible assets of footwear business, its operating profit has declined by 10.3% compared with last year.

However, BELLE has been actively laying the shopping center channel, in addition to the pformation of shoes as a channel, Barok's women's wear brands are basically shopping center channels.
