Many people will actively consider their interests when they make career choices, and feel interesting and have the pleasure and passion of work. But as far as I have done so long career planning experience, I would personally suggest that job seekers, especially graduating students, should not blindly choose careers according to their interests.

Because for most students, they have no interest in the workplace, and their interests are often "pseudo interest".

For example, a person who has great expectations and interests in the legal profession may not know that not every case dealt with by lawyers is related to justice. Not all lawyers are trial lawyers, not all lawyers have attractive salaries.

As a layman, we often look forward to a beautiful look. I call this phenomenon "professional art."

If you want to choose a career according to your interests, the first step is to determine if it is "pseudo interest". Then the second step is to consider whether the interest can become a job (job), whether it can further develop into a career (career), and whether it can further develop into a mission (calling). These three are also the three stages of career development for any person.

For job seekers, it's difficult for the first time.

Generally speaking, work (job) keeps us alive, and then we may get a sense of career. Only a few of us are lucky to turn work into a part of life, calling. I call these three stages vocational interest, professional interest and professional interest.

After seven or eight years of work, he found that he was more suitable for business consulting. After changing his career track, he was very successful.

He has achieved the three stage of career development very well. He has been fortunate to combine interest and work with one another and enjoy his professional aspirations.

There was once a civil servant whose dream was to be a bass player. He even wanted to give up his job. Under my advice, he looked at the working condition of the bass hand, and finally decided to pfer from the overcrowded position to a slightly relaxed post, and put the rest of his energy into the joyful dream of the bass player, so that he could do well in both vocation and interest.

Six months later, he had his first single.

Inferiority comes mainly from psychological self negative hints. Its formation can be accidental or can exist for a period of time. Because of inferiority and great negative impact on oneself and society, we should self reflect and consciously enhance our self-confidence through exercise.

The establishment of self-confidence is far from the formation of inferiority. It needs a relatively long period to complete.

Therefore, in the stage of self confidence, we must have a certain sense of perseverance and never give up halfway.

Do not think that you are hopeless, because there is no absolute impossible in the world. If you work hard, nothing will be done to you.
