The complex enzyme preparation developed by them can combine the desizing and refining in the traditional process into one step, thus greatly improving the pre-treatment efficiency.

According to the introduction, enzymatic desizing and refining in one bath can reduce steam energy consumption, save the cost of alkaline waste water treatment and reduce the dosage of various chemical auxiliaries, which can significantly reduce the cost of pre-treatment and improve the economic benefits of the textile industry.

Practice has proved that compared with the traditional alkaline process, the cost of producing 12000 meter cotton cotton cloth and 11000 meter aramid heat wave card can be reduced by 30% and 70% respectively by the enzyme pretreatment process.

It is worth mentioning that biological complex enzyme preparation has the characteristics of mild treatment, high efficiency and specificity. It not only has little damage to cotton fiber, but also improves.
