54 batches of unqualified instructions were used. The Guangdong Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau and the Provincial Education Department conducted special supervision and spot checks on product quality of primary and secondary school uniforms.

In this survey, 300 school batches of primary and secondary school students were produced and sold by 84 enterprises in 21 prefectures and cities in Shunde Province, and 57 batches of unqualified products were tested. The rate of unqualified products was 19%.

The unqualified items involve 7 items, such as use instructions, fiber composition and content, pH value, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dye, color fastness to rubbing, trouser crotch joint strength and seam performance.

Among them: 54 batches of unqualified instructions.

There were 16 batches of unqualified ingredients and contents, 6 batches of unqualified joints, 1 color fastness to rubbing fastness, strength of post crotch joints, pH value and decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes.

The Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau has instructed relevant prefecture level and above Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau (including Shenzhen and Shunde District Market Supervision Bureau) to deal with the unqualified products and their production enterprises found in the special supervision and spot check according to the relevant laws and regulations.

When purchasing regular manufacturers, schools and parents, when purchasing primary and secondary school uniforms, they should try to buy the products of regular manufacturers.

When signing a purchase contract, the quality requirements for school uniforms should be clearly and carefully written into the contract terms, so that there is a basis for accountability.

In the acceptance of the school uniform, the production enterprise can be required to provide the product inspection report issued by the authority (including the safety index of the product and the performance index of the product).

Parents should pay attention to the following aspects when the new school uniform should be washed before wearing children's school uniform. After receiving the school uniform, we should first check carefully whether there are surface defects that affect the appearance, such as color difference flowers, holes, blanching yellow, whether sewing thread is off line or leaks.
