For this reason, we preliminarily studied the spinning equipment of light pressure technology.

The experiment shows that the yarn quality when the pressure is 100N/ double spindle is higher than that of 180N/ double ingot.

Because of the large deformation of the diameter, it not only reduces the difference between the peak and trough of the grip force, makes the dynamic holding force relatively stable, but also increases the contact coverage of the cots and the lower grooves, so that the yarn quality can be better improved.

Generally speaking, the 100N/ double spindle pressure spinning technology is a relatively new spinning technology. It breaks the traditional spinning concept, and applies it to the efficient spinning process. It improves the operation stability and synchronicity of the upper and lower aprons, and the application of low hardness and high elastic rubber roller is the key to the successful spinning of P.
