Us Accuses China Of Subsidized Textile Exports To China

Elizabeth Dole, Republican Senator of the US state of North Carolina who is very concerned about the issue of Chinese textile subsidies, revealed that in an open letter to Chen Deming, Chinese commerce minister, Schwab, the US trade representative, said that he would deal with the dispute over textile subsidies in China and warned China to limit some of its export subsidies, otherwise the dispute would be dealt with by the WTO dispute settlement mechanism.

Note: the "SCM agreement" on the "export subsidies" norms as shown in Article 3.1: except for the "agricultural agreement" otherwise, the following subsidies should be prohibited: legally or in fact, export contingent is a single condition or a number of conditions to provide subsidies.
