In the interview, relatively speaking, we are in a weak position. Therefore, if we can grasp the initiative in the interview process, we will undoubtedly have greater confidence in success. Therefore, before we interview, we should first learn psychological strategy.

   Preparation, preparation and preparation

Of course you will not go to the interview without preparation. Don't tell me, you don't know the background of the company and the title you want to apply for. You just send your resume and ask for an interview. Note: do not get the job interview only because you have received the interview notice, and even if you really get the job, you won't be interested in it. I received an interview notice, believe me, this is the beginning of your challenge. Many of the interviewees did not fight before they died, because they all had the attitude of taking part in a competition like any new talent competition or idol selection. They simply attended the interview because of their luck. Before talking about other factors, let's talk about your preparations before the interview.

Plan your strategy, practice, practice and practice all the most likely questions and challenges. Yes, you must be prepared, ready and prepared! You need more than you imagine, and there are no other ways to make you more proficient in the interview.

You have to be clear about what you want.

You have to understand that your interview questions are most likely to be asked according to your resume, so you must include your work objectives and goals in your resume, which is to put a Job Objective or Career Objective column in your resume, and don't forget the relevant experience and educational background. If you have the habit of adjusting your resume (of course I believe you will do that too, because I know that you will adjust your resume by whatever means you want) to match your interview needs. Then remember to keep firmly in mind the background and information of your resume. If your resume is not a bullshit, I believe you should not know the meat inside until you are back. You have to be clear about what you want to do, otherwise you will not get anything. Never let the company have this view of you: the person who came to the interview did not know what he was going to do, then come back to what you want, but you will never have another chance.

You must speak in good time during the interview.

You have to properly convey your recommendation, but don't make yourself seem to deliberately recommend yourself. For example: if you are an advanced insurance practitioner, you can say at the interview: "when I got REP after my CFP test, my performance has reached nearly one million yuan." This kind of dialogue is half effective and effective, because this sentence fully reflects the fact that you are doing more than your achievements, and you will not forget to further your studies.

In fact, many employers do not read your resume clearly during the interview, so you can use this kind of "talk" to achieve your goal. Of course, please put your words in order and do not tell lies. Remember, telling the truth is the guarantee of honesty. You don't need more lies to make up for more lies.

You must know your strengths and the consequences of exaggeration.

In interviews, it is inevitable that you will encounter problems with your strengths and weaknesses, or how to use your strengths to serve the company and contribute to your problems. You must think about your strong points for your work example. I believe that the company will be happy to know how you make use of your strengths to contribute to them. Remember, don't exaggerate your strong points. If you have the practice of "preparation, preparation and preparation" for the first strategy, you must also be prepared to be responsible for your exaggerated resume. For example, you asked for a salesman's work, and you pointed out the strong point: "I will observe the customers' personality, psychology and needs to predict whether I can make an immediate deal." If you say such advantages, please be prepared to be asked by the interviewer so: "so what do you think of my character? What is in my mind? What is my need?" if you can't stand up, then choose not to exaggerate your past.

   Turn your weaknesses into advantages.

This is a matter of high intelligence. "What do you think of your shortcomings?" if you know that you have no shortcomings, or if you have picked up the challenge and turn the disadvantages into advantages, you will have to see what challenges and answers like that. Then I advise you to pack your bags well, because these answers are not able to highlight your special features, but show your ugly ones. The point of this question is not to make you difficult, but to test how much you know about yourself. I believe that even the company directors understand that there are no perfect employees in the world, so it is their job to place the right people in the right jobs.

So, of course, your answer can also refer to the third strategy, that is, "letting go". You can speak frankly to your weakness, but don't forget to emphasize what gains and positive significance you get from it. These gains are your value.

If you are fired, don't be too self accusation. Just be honest.

If you are not fired for your own problems, you can be honest about your experience, and do not deal with others who think you are a problem. You can emphasize the lessons learned afterwards and reduce unnecessary prejudice. For example, "I am saddened by the dismissal of the company, because I understand that to accept the way of business today, we must bear the consequences of sudden layoffs at any time because of the shrinking of the company. This should be considerate. " This way of dealing with problems is much more generous and not necessarily "superfluous" for your dismissal.

Let yourself have a clear standard of handling.

At the end of the interview, companies want to see how the hired staff will face their work in the future. Letting them see your future challenges is an important requirement for your continued development in the company. So don't beat around the bush about things that are not up to your ability, and don't brag about letting others have expectations. Frankly speaking, it is absolutely a good faith for you. The following words will help:

"I will appoint or be able to consult with competent people for my incompetence."

"Unless I have one hundred percent confidence in this case, I will not easily recommend myself."

"I promise to continue to strive for opportunities to learn and grow in the future."

"I will not focus my work on meaningless business to ensure that I will not repeat unnecessary mistakes."

Don't let the question of salary standard baffle you.

"How much do you think we should pay you?" this is obviously the question of the death of many interviewers.

You have to understand that a company will never hire a novice with high salary. They will only give you an appropriate price for your value. And your value is fully reflected in your work ability and enthusiasm. In many cases, unless you are exceptional, you have to work at a specific job. But whether you can get your salary at a specific job depends on your persuasiveness. You must use your knowledge and experience to persuade your interviewer and reach a consensus. If necessary, please highlight your outstanding achievements in the past. Ask your salary requirement. If you are familiar with the salary standard of the industry, you can bravely say what you want. If you are willing to accept a lower salary, you can say: "if the long-term working environment has the possibility of breaking through, I will not mind accepting lower salary than in the past." Or, "I will constantly learn to make sure that I can change myself at any time and adapt to the company, meet every stage of career development and move forward with the company's pace." Such an answer will not be embarrassed.
