Representative Gao Dekang said that no matter what economic situation, entities should be willing to spend money on technology and technological innovation.

It is understood that in November last year, the Secretariat of the international standardization organization / clothing size series and Code Committee (ISO/TC133) was settled in Bosideng.

This is a historic breakthrough in China's garment industry in the international standardization work, and is of great significance for enhancing the international competitiveness of our clothing products and enhancing the international discourse power.

"Mastering standards, Bosideng's internationalization is the bottom line."

The representative of Gao Dekang suggested that the government should encourage the leading enterprises in the industry to consciously assume the important task of technological innovation and strive to become the pacesetter of technological innovation, and share the achievements of technological innovation with the industry.

"In the next few years, Bosideng will rely on the platform of postdoctoral workstation to continuously improve the technological content of products and extend to the front of the industrial chain, forming our unique core technology.

On the other hand, it will give full play to the role of the international standard Secretariat, enhance the discourse power of Chinese garment enterprises in the formulation of international standards, and enhance China's autonomy.

Gao Dekang pointed out that, first of all, the government should care about the technological innovation and development of enterprises at any time, actively guide innovation elements to gather in enterprises, encourage enterprises to establish technological R & D system, and enable enterprises to truly become the main body of R & D investment, technological innovation activities and the application of innovative achievements.

Secondly, we should encourage the creation of a platform for technological innovation with effective combination of production, teaching and research, so that technological innovation can be pformed into real productive capacity in enterprises.

Third, we should encourage financial institutions to increase their support for industrial pformation and upgrading and enterprises' independent innovation.
