Mainland China's first dumping case against Taiwan will be re imposed on the second round.

The Ministry of finance of Taiwan said on 19 th that the tariff Committee adopted the dumping investigation of towels on the mainland of China, and confirmed that there was still some doubt about the harm to Taiwan's industry. The anti-dumping duty should be levied for five years starting from December 20th.

Chinese mainland towel manufacturers include Kunshan Sam Ming textile and Zhejiang double lights.

The Ministry of finance of Taiwan said that Kunshan Sam Ming Textile Co., Ltd., Zhejiang twin lights Home Textile Co., Ltd., Nanjing Jia You Textile Co., Ltd., Shanghai thousand Harvest International Trade Co., Ltd., Shanghai card Luda home textile products Co., Ltd. and "UCHINO INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD" and other six original price fixing manufacturers have already agreed to the Ministry of finance of Taiwan, and they can continue to implement the import recognition measures of price fixing since December 20th this year for a period of five years.

The Ministry of finance of Taiwan stressed that the manufacturers of commitments must still cooperate with the Ministry of finance of Taiwan and check the paction data of the towels exported to Taiwan on a quarterly basis. If the import price is guaranteed or refused to provide paction data in violation of the price recognition, the Ministry of finance of Taiwan will levy anti-dumping duties on the basis of the pre opening dumping rate.

The dumping of towel on Taiwan in mainland China has been levying anti-dumping duty from Taiwan resolution since June 1st 95, up to 100 years May 31st and a total of five years.

Before the expiration of the term, the Ministry of finance of the Taiwan and the Ministry of Economic Affairs started the sunset review since May 16, 2011, and determined that the anti-dumping duty would be levied for five years until December 19, 2016.

The Ministry of finance of Taiwan has pointed out whether the anti-dumping duties on imported towel products in mainland China continue to be imposed. After completing the dumping and industrial injury investigation in two parts of Taiwan's finance and economy, it is concluded that dumping and industrial damage will continue or happen again if the anti-dumping duties are stopped, and the Ministry of economic affairs of Taiwan has comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the impact of anti-dumping duties on the overall economic interests of the country, and the results show no obvious negative impact.

The tariff rate Committee therefore deliberated that the resolution would continue to levy anti-dumping duties on the goods involved in respect of the original tax rate.

According to statistics from the Ministry of finance of Taiwan, the goods currently being levied in Taiwan are all from mainland China, including towels, shoes, peroxide, benzoyl peroxide, sodium bisulfite, and Portland cement.

The anti-dumping period is five years, and the towel products are determined to levy anti-dumping duties for second second years.
