Arafa holding company announced that it has formally signed an agreement with the Italy international male fashion brand Ermenegildo Zegna to set up a shirt factory.
Arafa is jointly established with Ermenegildo Zegna and is located in Beni Sweif Province under the name of Camegit.

Both sides hold 50% shares.
Arafa has production facilities in the province.
Arafa, headquartered in Nasr City of Cairo Province, produces garments for Zara, JC Penney, Macy 's, Banana Republic and Gap, and about 78% of its local made garments are shipped.

Arafa sells Concrete brand in Egypt, and also manages foreign brands, including the brand name of Baird Group, which has 12% share of the British clothing market in the British suit market.
Arafa also owns 35% of Forall group of Italy textile company, Forall owns.
