The Government Refused Tax Rebates To Annoy Pakistan'S Value-Added Textile Department.
Pakistan value-added textile department exporters say that if the government does not pay tens of billions of rupees for local taxes and taxes.
The value added Textile Forum, which represents at least 14 value-added textile associations, Rana Mohamed Mushtaq Khan, chairman of the Forum (RanaMuhammadMushtaqKhan) and first payment chairman MuhammadJawedBilwani, said that textile exporters are experiencing a severe liquidity crisis. The government's delayed payment of taxes has pushed some export oriented enterprises to the brink of bankruptcy.
The exporter said that in the history of Pakistan, the government made the first excellent textile policy. The policy proposed that the tax rebate in fiscal year 2009-10 was 17 billion rupees and the 2010-11 year tax rebate was 27 billion rupees.
According to the spirit of textile policy, the Ministry of finance has previously allocated 10 billion rupees. Among them, 5 billion rupees were paid in the 3 months of the financial year.
The value added textile exporter said that the exporter made a total of 28 billion 720 million rupees to the National Bank, but the tax refund was only 5 billion 300 million rupees, and the remaining 23 billion 420 million rupees remained unpaid.
The government's commitments have not been fulfilled, reducing exporters' trust in the government. At the same time, it makes it difficult for exporters to achieve export targets of US $25 billion, and it is difficult to resist competition in the world market. The Ministry of textiles is set to achieve US $25 billion by 2014.
