Small business The nine steps are summarized as follows:

1, product, service and business description; 2, find your customers; 3, market Survey; 4, competition analysis; 5, financial support; 6, manage and control your team; 7, market plan; 8, exit strategy; 9, executive summary.

A road sign advertisement strongly attracts our attention. "Carrying out a plan is a plan". What a good conclusion!

Products, services and business descriptions. Obviously, in order to have business, you have to sell something and earn money. If you don't do that, your career will not last long.

Friend, do you know what you are going to sell?

If you don't know, think about it, this is a big problem -- the starting point of your business!

When you find something that you think can or can satisfy your personal and business goals, it's time to sit down quickly, take out your pen and write down your business description, think about what you decide to offer, and ask you to answer the following questions:

1. Who are you: what do you have? ability ?

What part of the business can you do better than others or other companies? Where are you doing, but not outstanding? Finally, what is the weakness of your business? Can it be remedied, or can it be operated by someone else? You should concentrate on the core of your business. Simply, that's where you earn money, and let those employees' roster, payroll, profit and loss account, tax problems and other "chores" try to stay away from you and leave them to your financial experts.

2. What resources do you have: your skills, experience, or education? Who can help you? What kind of assets and income do you have?

3, what is your product: or what kind of service do you provide? Friend, write one, write a comprehensive description of what you want to sell. It doesn't bother, but don't be too lazy.

4, how do your customers know and understand your products and services: what products do you provide them with quality and speed? Are you going to provide your products and services to all people, or just to specific target customers?

5, what price do you plan to set for your product or service: is it the "advanced" price of the advanced product, or the "price" for the mass market products to provide the similar products and services? Are you going to fight the price war with your competitors? 6, who needs your products and services: why can your products or services meet the customers' needs better than the current products or services?

7. Write an overview of your industry:

8, what is your company like: or what will it be like?

9, why is your business going to be successful?

How, friend, the above problem looks like 2 pages, but it condenses all of your product or service. Part of it is about the description of the product or service you provide, and the other part is about how to develop your business.

All right, friends, this is almost the same. If you know your business clearly, you should be able to give clear and concise answers to the above questions within 2 hours or less. If you can't...

I don't have much to say.

Friends, it's time to think about these problems...

This part of the "foundation" work will effectively reduce your business risk and provide strong support for you to get higher business profits and more enjoyable business processes and effective business activities.
