According to the first financial daily, Beijing housing construction commission and Shanghai Housing Authority have all said that there is no deadline for the two cities to implement the regulation of property market last year, and the local government has no plans to cancel the restriction order.

The Shenzhen municipal planning and Land Resources Commission made a statement to the media on 27 December 2010, saying that the "restriction order" not only continued to be implemented, but also strictly implemented. There is no timetable for cancellation.

In reply to the media interview, Guangzhou land and Housing Bureau said that the "restriction order" in Guangzhou did not set the end time, and the purchase restriction measures will continue to be implemented in 2011.
