As early as November 2009, before the domestic cotton prices started a new round of soaring prices, the leaders of the company were aware of the signs of rising prices and made bold decisions to purchase 8000 tons of cotton at a low price of 19 thousand and 500 yuan per ton.

The 8000 tons of cotton can guarantee the company's production demand for 4 months. When the cotton prices continued to grow in May 2010 and June, all the workers felt lucky for the wise decision of the company.

Since then, with the fluctuation of market prices, the Three Gorges textile industry has been insisting on rolling stock and always guaranteed the cotton reserves needed for 4 months' production.

In this rising price trend, the Three Gorges textile industry has stood the test, and production has always maintained normal operation.

However, the increase in costs means a significant reduction in the efficiency of enterprises.

In order to expand the profit space, the Three Gorges textile has invited several experts from Japan and the country to provide technical guidance for the enterprise for a long time.

Through various technical pformation, the volume of textile ingots of Three Gorges project has been reduced from 65 to 45.

The company invested 4 million yuan in huge sums to introduce the most advanced EFS automatic cotton distribution system in the world, and rationally assort cotton according to the different needs of users. This alone will bring benefits to the company every year by 10 million yuan.
