This is a kind of experience and feeling that I have been doing for more than 20 years, and it is also a kind of experience.

"Steadfast" means "seeking truth from facts" and "being steady".

In the post financial crisis era, pformation and upgrading are the focus of attention and the focus of every enterprise's work.

But ask ourselves, do we really think deeply about the disaster brought to the traditional manufacturing industry during the financial crisis? What is the pformation of our pformation? What type of upgrading has it gone to? What level has it been upgraded to? What we need to face up to these problems is to have a deeper analysis.

Take the shoe industry as the example, the shoe industry is a typical traditional manufacturing industry. In many people's eyes, there is a lack of scientific and technological content and a lack of high value-added products.


I believe that many people will remember the fire in Hangzhou's Wulin Gate Square in August 8, 1987, burning more than 5000 pairs of inferior leather shoes originating from Wenzhou.

So far, I will always remember this, because it is history, shame, lesson, and experience.

If there is no such a fire, Wenzhou shoes may not be reborn with fire, shouting "slogan of quality and market, brand name and industry".

No more than second fires that I lit in Hangzhou's Wulin Men Square in 12 years.

The second fire destroyed more than 2000 pairs of fake shoes with fake Wenzhou brand names.

These two things may happen differently, but the same result is the same type of business.

Similarly, in the financial crisis, most of the fallen enterprises lack independent innovation, do not have their own patents, and lack high-tech products and high added value products.


This is the problem of pformation and upgrading of our traditional manufacturing industry, and it is also the consensus we need to reach.

What is the future of the traditional manufacturing industry, including the footwear industry? The key is whether we can turn the past achievements and glory to zero. The key is to see how strong our independent research and development is, whether we can innovate, innovate and sustain innovation?


I appreciate the fire in 1987, because it reminds me of how to make a good brand and make the brand that consumers trust.

AOKANG is now in the process of pformation from "hard manufacturing" to "soft manufacturing". It is the core of our work to increase product technology and enhance brand value.

Over the past few years, we have developed a variety of functional footwear products including nanoscale health shoes, city walking shoes, sports shoes, positioning shoes, step shoes, shock shoes, and retractable high-heeled shoes.

In my view, the coming 12th Five-Year will be the last opportunity for our traditional manufacturing industry.

If this opportunity is grasped, we will once again stand on the strategic opportunities of the next 5, 10 or even 30 years.

How can we continuously improve the core competitiveness of enterprises through technological innovation and business model innovation? How to be strong, sophisticated, excellent and long-term? We need to make greater efforts in these areas.

Such efforts, whether a big step or a small step, are the steps to promote pformation, upgrading and progress.
